Doc Trussell is the finest doctor I have ever known. He cares so much. He helped me when no one else could. He never gives up. Reluctantly I changed to an insurance the group does not take. You will never go wrong seeing him..

I have a rare muscleskelton disorder, KFS, which has progressed and I am feeling desperate to try and hold on to my mobility. I have seen many doctors from MS to TX. I am getting to the point I am afraid and sought out Dr Trussell for his Physical and Rehabilitation expertise since he is Board Certifiied in both areas. I have seen him twice and he has come up with a plan of care for rehab after reviewing my MRI. He was very professional/compassionate and listened to me and made sure I understand what he feels I need during my 4-6 wks of intense physical therapy. He plans to personally speak to the therapist before my assessment and during my rehab. I hope with hard work I can improve physically so I can walk without pain.

Beware of this place. I'm sure the doctor is fine but the staff is not. I'm leaving this review because my mother doesn't know how to. My mother was let go because she called and wanted to see the doctor in one appointment instead of two different appointments. They claim on the grounds of disrupting the staff. Mind you I was on the phone on three way. She did nothing wrong. Mind you the office employee was extremely unprofessional and accusing my mother of things. The staff memeber seemed very angry when she got on the phone. If anyone was disruptive it was the employee. I didn't know you couldn't call a doctors office and talk about appointments. The only real reason I know a doctors office can terminate a relationship with a patient is if The patient or a family member has threatened the provider or staff with violence or has exhibited threatening behavior. I believe legal action should be taken for unlawful termination. Also the board of physicians should be called.

I went in with lower back pain. I went to get my procedure and insisted on sedation because I have fibromyalgia and my pain is magnified 1000% to my brain. They only get a small dose of conscious sedation. I was screaming and crying in pain. Dr. Trussell was very rude to me. Saying most people don't even get sedation. Well I guess I'm not normal. I cried and screamed in recovery room and while I was loaded in my sister in law's car and crying until I was 30 minutes from home. I am a strong tough woman and do not cry. I was traumatized. I will never set foot in that clinic again. Dr. Trussell should be sued for malpractice. He does not care about the patient. I am looking for a way to report him to the board of physicians. Believe me! Do not go to this facility! I will tell everyone I know not to go to this facility. I will not be silent. I still feel he traumatized me for life. Ive never been in that much pain. EVER!
