AT&T Store

I have been coming to this store for the past few years.
I cannot say enough good things about the Manager, Angela.
She has consistently and without fail jumped in and fixed monumental problems.. that no one at AT&T would even touch.

I’m telling you folks.. if you need someone to talk to, make an appointment to see her!

The tech that helped me at the ATT store was very problem focused. He resolved my problem surprisingly quickly. I am pleased with all aspects of my visit. Thanks!

Five Star to the AT&T Bosque store in Waco. After being turned away at the Bellmead store by a worker (short fat Hispanic female) that they do not have AT&T Wi-Fi so she sent me to the Waco store off Bosque Rd; I wasn't a sale but there to transfer my data to the replacement phone so obviously she did not want to help. I was there about 30 min before anyone asked why I was there. So, great work to the Waco Bosque Rd store (tall African American female) she had me in and out within 30min last night 10/05/23; great personality, do keep her employed and give her a raise.

The staff at Wooded acres was great. I bought a phone and transferred service on two phones and an RV. It took some effort thanks to my ineptness but Levi, Angelia and Derek all helped me at different times to get me up and running. I was very pleased with the service.

Great Customer service. Angelia and her team were able to help me with my phone issues and get my kids into their phones. I recommend this store if you want you problems solved or at least help you get set on the right track to correction.

Diamond the Store manager is super knowledgeable and very helpful. We had zero wait time. I needed to get my mother a phone because hers was stolen by a family member. I ended up adding a line to my plan and in the end she is now paying less a month than when she was with her previous provider.

Came in to get a free upgrade for a phone I ordered online, the process was quick and easy. Mack gave us amazing service!!! He was so nice, told us about the deals and we actually ended up getting an extra line for the price of 2 lines. My bill didn’t increase even going from 2 lines to 3! AT&T has some great deals and family plans. I appreciate the time and patience Mack took to take care of my family. Thanks, Mack and thanks AT&T!!! Stay blessed.

Vanessa and the staff here are amazing five is not enough stars to give…all i can say is if this is not your Att store you are missing out cause they are the best in WACO!!!!!

I worked with Vanessa to upgrade mu phone and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and patient. I was there for a while (due to my own unpreparedness). While helping me, she was able to attend multiple customers at once effectively while also supporting her coworker. Very impressed with her!

The woman that helped me was Dimond. From the second I walled in the door, She was great. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. At&t is lucky to have her. I would hire her at my company in a heartbeat.

The lady that worked on our purchases was Awesome, her name is Nesha & she not only volunteered to put the accessories we purchased on my sons phone but she was a loving & wonderful person to speak & converse with. And she explained some of the financial things to me that I didn't understand at the time. Overall this store was really a great place & comfortable to shop at. 👍🏾👍🏾 2 thumbs up for me & my son
