Everything about this place is five stars. Their coffee is exquisite, and their personal touch with customers is wonderful. They gave me a tour of their facility and educated me on their process, which was really cool to learn about. Their coffee is hands down the best coffee I’ve tasted. I've been drinking and loving their coffee at work for a while. Finally stopped into the shop and enjoyed the selection and the knowledge, kind, and helpful staff!

My daughter sent me a sampler pak, and boy was i blown away. The Ethiopean, my first taste was out of this world. Ive been drinking coffee since knee high, and this brew just brought me back to my childhood days. This is something worth writing home about. The aroma and the taste of the coffee actually matched. That my friends is the tuffest animal to achieve. These guys did the impossible. Im sold.

If you live in Holly Springs and love coffee, look no further! My coffee obsession peaked during COVID when I purchased a super automatic espresso machine. I quickly realized how important fresh (correctly) roasted beans are. This coffee is perfectly roasted and so fresh. I've tried a couple roasts, but prefer the Santa Lucia both for it's flavor and the connection to the owners family in Honduras. I buy bulk and they do free home delivery. They have made a loyal customer from me :)

Okay... Hear me out. They do LOCAL same day deliveries. How amazing is that?! I bought the seasonal bourbon coffee beans and they smell divine. It is a medium roast. Get it before the season ends! Yum!

First time I have visited - cute little place. Saw another person's review that is it near Target, and yes that is nice :) The operations manager, Ashley I believe, was a nice lady and knowledgeable. I think they have only hot coffee that they serve but she did mention having cold brew in the bag. *Owner- correct me if I am wrong!*

Nelson is truly changing the coffee world. I love how he is focusing on small producers working together to ensure all parties are profiting equally. He is just as passionate about the small farms where he is buying his coffee as the final consumers enjoying the product in a V60 or Chemex. I recently had the pleasure of sharing a cup with Nelson along with one of his Single Origin coffees from Copan Ruinas, Honduras. I have always been a huge fan of Guatemalan coffee with some skepticism towards the Honduran coffee. Nelson completely changed all my previous perceptions. The biggest gains can be seen on a micro level at each of these small farms he has hand selected. Each coffee farm is often a family business dedicated to growing the best possible product. I have only been in North Carolina for a few months, but I have definitely found where I will be buying my coffee for now and forever. Give it a try! You will not be disappointed.
