He arrived at 9:58- tree down at 10:06, Stump grind, tree mulched, cleaned area, raked, leaf blow n done by 10:46- great job, very impressed. Said what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, did it- And was a nice guy- very happy customer! I am using them again and will definitly recommend them.

Called this morning for an estimate, job was complete by 4pm! Showed up prepared with all necessary equipment to do the job-price was right-and he got it done then and there. Smart, professional, and cleaned up every remnant of the project. Will refer and use many times over.

I had palm trees trimmed up, and landscape shrubs cut back.
These guys are the best we have used in the 8 years we have been in Flordia full time. Every employee was well mannered, courteous,
and ask what I wanted my trees to look like, and if I was satisfied when they were done. They completed the job fast and meticulously cleaned every piece of debris from my grass. Kevin was on site supervising his crew the whole time I will never call anyone but Kevins crew to do any landscape again!

Mathews Tree Services showed up the same day I contacted them to get a quote on removing a tree and trimming a few others. Their quote was very, very reasonable and well below other quotes I was given. Kevin had his crew out within a couple of days. They did an awesome job and they made sure the area was as clean as when they first arrived. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Called Matthew Tree Service for an estimate which was awesome and they scheduled us for the next business day. They had all the right equipment and had experienced men to do the job. We had Matthews Tree Service come to take the moss out of our huge tree. 4 guys showed up and did an amazing job. They were professional, polite and cleaned up every piece of moss. Kevin and his crew are even coming back tomorrow to ensure there is no moss left. Kevin your company goes above and beyond and I would recommend your company to anyone!

Kevin helped us tremendously and quickly! He was absolutely patient with my family and I with phone calls as well. Once the job started he was there and done in little two hours! He reclaimed so much of what we didn't know we had lost and saved several trees and our FPL line. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

We bought our house in Englewood last year. We removed a ton of brush, branches and old dead vegetation. The property is surrounded by palm trees that are 30-40 ft. high. This company was referred to me the day before we were flying back north. I called at 4:30pm and spoke to Kevins wife (office manager), she could not have been nicer. I explained my situation. Kevin was there within the hour, he to is extremely nice & professional, he wrote up an estimate on the spot. We hired him, work was done about 10 days later (lots of rain caused him to be a little backed up). Called to specify day he'd be there. Showed up, work completed, cleaned up and our property never looked better. I highly recommend Mathews to anyone. Excellent job. Thanks Kev!

Matthews Tree Service did such a great job on trimming up our palms and other trees! They were fast to get out and their work is great! Very professional crew...they clean as they go and don't mess around! My trees looked AWESOME after they were done! I would highly recommend MTS!!

Kevin did a great job removing a palm that had grown up against my house, ground the stump, hauled everything away and cleaned up. I would definitely use Mathews Tree Service again. As a side note this was the only company that had the courtesy of returning my request for a quote, and Kevin was very responsive and took care of business in a timely manner.

My husband and I have been looking for a tree service company for the past three years. We have a back yard with limited access for tree trimming equipment. After many visits from other tree companies and no success in finding someone to do the job, we found Mathews Tree Service. Kevin Mathews came to our property and gave an estimate without so much as hint of hesitation. He explained what his crew would do and how they would do it. Their work is professionally accomplished and the cleanup was second to none. Imagine the work having to take down two 60’ oak trees in a limited space without sustaining any damage to property. Mathews Tree Service can do it and do it well. I highly recommend them to anyone needing attention to their trees.

We went with Matthews Tree Service after getting estimates from several other companies as well several outfits, some unlicensed, that just stopped by. While Matthews certainly wasn't the least expensive they were by far the most knowledgeable in their field. Guess you have to charge more when following all the regulations insurance and disposal rules.

Anyway, once the date was set the crew arrived on time and removed 12 large dead pine trees and stumps. In just under 4 hours everything was removed and all small debris was raked by hand.

Would definitely recommend this company even though it costs a little more, you get what you pay for.

Wow, this was a great experience and surprise! No excuses, no chase.... One call, a quick and fair estimate ended in a job well done and as promised! They took down several trees and grinded as many stumps, cleaned up and were gone in hours! Kevin and his crew were professionals and seem to have the tools to tackle big and small jobs. I will pass his cards to all of my friends and customers and we are already planning another job here soon!

I called this tree service for an estimate due to the reviews I read. I am so glad that I did! I called Kevin, Owner, on Tuesday and my job was completed on Thursday.
Kevin and his crew are true professionals from the cutting and removal of the trees to clean up. They had to work under difficult conditions contending with an angled creek bank with unstable rocks.
I am so pleased with their work and enthusiastically recommend them for your tree service needs.

Wonderful courteous and professional service from Kevin and his crew! Wouldn't recommend anyone else! My parents yard was an absolute disaster after irma hit. Kevin proceeded to not only check on my parents and their well being but he removed a large tree that had fallen onto their back porch roof. No damage was done and he picked up every single branch and fallen mess from the storm in the entire yard. He was extremely professional and kind and my parents were so greatful for his hard work. Highly recommend Mathews Tree Service for all! The estimate was nothing compared to the work he put in!

We hired MTS to removed a large portion of Pepperbush on our property. Kevin was very quick to respond to our calls. He came same day to provide us with an estimate. The cost was reasonable for the work performed. The crew came on time and did a great job. Including cutting and trimming in a very difficult area. They cleaned up and made it look like no one was ever here.

Will not hesitate to use them in the future. Highly recommend MTS.
