I will advise anyone who has a car model earlier than 2005 to contact them in advance to make sure they will work on it and are able to get parts needed. If you provide the parts, factory or otherwise, you will pay for labor with no warranty for the parts. The going labor rate I was quoted was $165 an hour. A diagnosis was suggested, although I requested specific repairs. Get the information BEFORE you pay the cost of towing. I can't recommend their services for older Jeep models . Sorry, my experience was not as I expected. I gave a 3 rating for the exceptional parts dept. Personnel .
