I love my salesperson she worked with me tremendously to get what I needed quickly and in a wonderful personality , thank you so much cass but on the other hand after doing business they are very unprofessional once you’ve already started your contract with them, well my my local store does this and will blow your phone up to pay but whenI arrive to pay doors are locked still after 20 mins of supposed to be opened time with 5 workers inside. Not professional

I've used a few rent to own companies over the years but Rent a Center is the only one I have ever been willing to sign new leases with until RAC. The manager, Tony, goes above and beyond for his customers. I've been a customer for going on 2 years and have never had a problem getting an issue fixed and they treat me like family 😊
