I was tired, it was after 3pm and I did not really want to deal with insurance agents and quotes and everything else...then from the moment Nikki and I started talking, she was kind, warm, and honestly I didn't have to make any other calls. I knew what range it should be having gone through that process a couple of weeks ago, I was pleasantly surprised to hear her rates even lower than that. By the time we got off the phone, I really felt like I had just had a wonderful conversation, and I ended up with great affordable coverage, and an awesome new insurance agent. 4 words I promise you I never thought I 'd say. Her care for her clients and her commitment and pride in her job are very much evident in simply talking to her. Really Impressed.

Nikki is so patient, courteous, kind and did I mention patient!!! She walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable not intimidated. She is a wonderful representative of what an agent should be!

The staff is very helpful but not pushy. They insured my new vehicle without adding unnecessary costs. I have full coverage on a 2023 Jeep at an affordable rate, including everything I asked for. I could not have been happier knowing that my Jeep was insured without having to ask why there were additional charges because there weren't any additions other than my own personal requests. I am very pleased with this agency.
