This was the perfect place to have a party. It was nice, affordable and the owner was amazing at giving us the time we needed for the birthday. Looking for a nice, affordable area for a small gathering or party. Check this place out. My husband said if it's available next year we will do the same. We had a great experience.
It's spacious. Has a bathroom and a kitchen. They provide all the tables and chairs. It's really is a perfect place for a party.

105 E Main is a gorgeous small event venue! We hosted my bridal shower and I was EXTREMELY pleased. The event space has beautiful features to it and is very up to date. Couldn’t have asked for anything better 💖

Perfect place for a large baby shower. Highly recommend. The atmosphere is so cool, you don’t need to add much decor. Would definitely use again!!!!!

I rented the Airbnb it is a beautiful apartment looking at the city. The owner is fabulous going out of her way to make sure you are always comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway or a just a vacation destination.

The venue was so beautiful. The ladies were super helpful explaining everything and made sure we could see the venue before we booked it. Im not a fan of parking on the street so I'm super happy there was a parking lot across the street. The kitchen is a nice size, im really happy they had everything we needed in there. 10/10 recommend

We booked here for our daughters first birthday & LOVED it. If we are still in the area for another event, we will probably book again!! The booking process is easy. The owner is super nice, super helpful, & offers clear communication! The location is beautiful & easy to decorate!!

A really nice space. We used it for a celebration of life gathering in lieu of a traditional funeral for my father. It worked out so well. Everyone commented on how nice the space was.

They provide a large television that is on a rolling stand so you can place it wherever you like. Plenty of outlets. The tables and chairs were sturdy and clean. There is also a commercial warmer which was great for keeping extra food at temperature, a small chest freezer, and a commercial refrigerator.

All in all I'm very happy with the experience. I would definitely use this space again.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past through Air B&B.
but most recently was the first time in the newest, 3br on the 3rd floor, and all I can say is WOW!
This unit is a bit more pricey, but it is HUGE and spectacularly beautiful with a modern design (seriously, nicer than the pictures), comfy beds.

I hosted my baby shower here 05/21. Me and all my guest had an amazing time. We had everything we needed it was clean and spacious enough for the people that came. Parking was no trouble at all. Overall great and affordable venue hosting up to 50 people.

I had my wedding here on New Years Eve and was beyond pleased with every aspect of this venue. Very affordable, gorgeous, convenient location, not too big, and the owners were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this venue.

Rented this place yesterday from 1PM-6PM for my daughter's grad open-house. It's beautiful and very clean. You can decorate as well as set up the tables and chairs to make your place your own. Everything was easy to operate and the place also has Alexa. The rates are great too and can't be beaten. The owner is very personable, professional, and accommodating. She let me add on an extra hour at the last minute with no hassle. The inside has that artsy, Soho, NY, kind of vibe to it. Will definitely be renting again.

Great space, the warmer was perfect for keeping food warm throughout the night, and the fridge to keep drinks cool. Perfect for a smaller birthday party!

My Grandpa had his birthday party at 105 E. Main and it was a beautiful venue! The building was super easy to book and every thing was so easily accessible like tables and chairs and lots of decor for us to pick from! Will defiantly keep this mind for my friends and family. 10/10

We rented the venue on 105 E main for my mothers 50th surprise birthday. we we're pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem such a cute, perfect sized place for what we needed, and at a great prive. Amenities included were in great shape as well. Will definitely keep this on my list for future events!

Very beautiful place to gather, I had my wedding reception there. Nice warming oven n refrigerator, lots of parking space right across the street.

I booked this place to host a small family dinner/gathering and everyone was amazed at how nice the venue was. It's a beautiful and clean space in a nice spot. I would definitely use again.

This place is great for a small gathering we were able to hold 50 people and it came with everything we needed to keep food hot and cold,tables,chairs etc...
