Evergreen Auto Service Center

This review is a couple of months overdue. I needed a safety inspection for a used car purchase. Evergreen took care of us on the same day. They are thorough, courteous and a great team. Highly recommend.

Really great service! I was late to my appointment because of some unforeseen delays and Evergreen was super understanding. They were still able to fit me in and even followed up with me via text the next day to make sure everything was still good. Thank you!

Michael and his staff are courteous and take the time to listen to their customers concerns. They are prompt and professional and thorough in their diagnosis of your vehicle and offer the customer options if options are available for repairing your vehicle. I have used Evergreen Service Center for things as seemingly minor as an oil change to the total replacement of a transmission. They have serviced both American and foreign made vehicles that I own. I trust Michael and his staff for the care and maintenance of my vehicles. I highly recommend you contact Evergreen Service Center if you are ever in need of service for your vehicle from a trustworthy business owner who lives and works in the community he services. People are more than willing to post negative experiences but often don’t take the time to recognize the businesses that truly do their best to provide excellent service and value to their customers. Evergreen Service Center is one of these.

Evergreen was readily available to take my vehicle in for a diagnostic test to determine an engine cut out issue I was having. Evergreen was able to pick the vehicle up at my home, determine and repair the issue in a timely manner. The car runs great after being serviced and I'm happy to return to Evergreen for future needs.

I do alot of my own mechanical work, but I needed some professional help with evacuating and recharging the ac system while I replaced the compressor. I needed it done the same day as I was about to leave on a 10 hr. drive to Maine the next day. I called 1st thing in the am and Mike said "Sure bring it in !"
They did expert and speedy work at a great price, wonderful experience. A/c is ICE Cold!

Very honest people, very professional and very corteous. They take the time to listen about your car problems and they try to find the best possibilities to fix your car.

Came in for a Stabilitrak issue, and it's all gone. It didn't take more than an hour, honestly.

Petros did my state inspection in record time and I had no appointment but was in within minutes of arriving after a phone call 15 mins prior. The rest of the team was very helpful and courteous. They did not upsell anything and genuinely wanted to help.

I didn’t realize you can get tires here for a competitive price and given the lack of mechanical aptitude at these tire franchises this will be where I go next time I need tires.

Great experience! I took my car in for an oil change and have to say I was very impressed with Evergreen. I called late in the day for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. They provided me with a carfax vehicle report that showed service records, a vehicle health check with alignment report, battery check, and photos all without any pressure. They offer shuttle service and provide warranties on work.

I found Evergreen on Google. I chose them because they had good reviews and were relatively close to my house. I had brake work done on my crossover SUV. I was very pleased with the quality of the service performed and how quickly they got the job done. Pricing was fair as well. I'm not even sure what type of brakes they installed but they look very high quality. No more grinding sounds and my truck stops on a dime. I would definitely use Evergreen again. Michael and his staff are top notch.

Went to have my AC checked out. Very friendly staff. They performed a complete diagnosis and found other issues with the car. I will definitely go back to follow up when I am ready. My AC is working like new, and the best price for the service. 100% recommended.

Very through and helpful. Took my car in for a fix it ticket for my headlight and they did a through inspection and printed everything out for me. Plus very friendly.

Found Evergreen from a Google Search, and they came highly rated, and they did not disappoint. I needed a vehicle pre-purchase inspection done same day, and they were able to accomodate without any issues. Both Michael and Bob were very professional and provided excellent service. I also spoke to one of mechanics and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was great and would highly recommend to anyone.

Evergreen Auto Service repaired my headlight. It needed more than just a bulb because the wire singed the “pigtail.” Evergreen repaired it as quoted and all employees were courtesy and knowledgeable. Give them a try.

I truly can't recommend Evergreen Service Center enough! I received a flyer in the mail and decided to Google them! Their customer reviews were outstanding and I have to say the offer to pick up and drop off the vehicle blew me away! So when my 2006 Odyssey alternator went south I decided to make an appointment with them. Even during a holiday weekend I received a text back saying my appointment was confirmed. Their customer service is top notch with excellent communication, very friendly and welcoming. Always happy to answer questions or explain things. They went way above and beyond to take care of my "old Odyssey". Special shout out to Bobby and the whole crew that took care of my van. If you are looking for an honest, reliable service center with customer service that is off the charts look no further! Highly recommend Evergreen Service Center!

I would highly recommend Evergreen Auto Service Center to anyone needing work done on their vehicle in the Frederick area. Their work and customer service was exceptional all while providing great value. They even charged me a little less than what was quoted because a particular part didn't need to be replaced. This kind of honesty speaks to how much they value their customers.

My first time visiting evergreen was a great experience. From the time I called to set up a last minute oil change, to arriving and given all info about my car. Mike and Bob are very friendly and honest about the work done there. They will not force any extra work on you but they will recommend you things that are urgent to get done to your vehicle. Overall good local business.
