Dr. Glenn is absolutely incredible! She has a lighthearted personality, explains everything to you, and truly wants the best for your eye care. She takes her time and never rushes you in or out. Her staff are always professional and kind as well.

Dr. Glenn is the first doctor that correctly diagnosed my vision. For most of my adult life, I was unable to see well and the incorrect diagnosis caused my vision to deteriorate. She is extremely thorough and knowledgable. My entire family sees her and she is great with all ages. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was taken in for my appointment within 5 minutes. Everything was explained to me. I didn't feel rushed, all my questions were answered. They have a great team.

They were very friendly and helpful. They also quickly accommodated using speak-to-text for a Deaf individual. Lastly, they made sure I got what I needed and understood the results. Definitely will go back again.

Definitely the best eye exam experience, year after year. Dr. Glenn is so relateable and takes the time to explain eye health to you in a way that you can understand and use to make simple daily decisions to help protect your eyesight.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and have always had a pleasant and fast experience. Making appointments is easy and they have plenty of reminders for those that need them. Them being located in LensCrafters is an obvious win, in that it makes it easy to buy lenses and frames if your Rx changes or if you have insurance/FSA money to spend.

Super easy, very friendly stuff.
The Doctor answers all my questions. If I have anything, she's not comfortable with and sends me a Specialist.
My eyesight is at the most important to them.

The Dr and the technicians I worked with throughout my experience were wonderful. I haven't had an eye exam in years and this was by far the best experience I've ever had anywhere. Everyone really listened to my concerns and explained things to me thoroughly. Each one took time with me and didn't seem rushed at all. I'm getting my first progressives as a result and I have confidence they will work better for me than any of my other glasses.

Dr. Nicole Crampton is a professional and well mannered optometrist. She patiently went through the exam explaining in depth the status of my eyes, and me feel very comfortable in her care. The entire team from intake to pre exam were wonderful, and very accommodating. I came in as walk in patient, and they allowed my 3yr old to be part of the exam.
