Randolph Flooring did a fantastic, and affordable, job for us after we had a bad leak, requiring all our basement carpeting to be replaced. Enormous selection of virtually every choice of carpet texture, grade & color, coupled with expert advice.
The installers just left, & the new carpeting looks great. Installation was thoroughly professional…..they needed to move a lot of furniture around, but they made it look easy. When finished, they put everything back in its place.
I couldn’t give this great family business a higher recommendation.

This is our second time working with Randolph Flooring. We would absolutely recommend them. They are responsive, reliable, well-priced and very professional. In both instances, we contacted them at the beginning of the week, and because the carpet we wanted was in stock, installation was done by the end of the week.

I purchased carpeting from Randolph Flooring 6 yrs. ago. After having carpets cleaned the shading looked off. I contacted Randolph Flooring. They came for a home visit & determined that it was simply the nap of the carpet. They noticed that my carpet needed stretching & re-cleaning. They took care of both gratis. Can't imagine another company standing behind their product 6 yrs. later. Outstanding customer service. Will buy all of my carpets from them & recommend them to all. What a professional business!!!

When I decided to go ahead and replace the carpet in two bedrooms in my home, I wanted to support a local family run business rather than a place like Home Depot. I could not be happier with the results! The pricing was fantastic because they keep carpet on site/remnants which also made this a fast update. They got it installed within days of my visit to the store. The guys did a perfect job and cared for my furniture and belongings that needed to be moved around. I highly recommend this company and will return for my next flooring project.

He quickly assessed our style and made terrific recommendations. We appreciate that he steered us away from certain fabrics and towards other fabrics that are better-suited for basements. Randolph has the best remnant selection of wool carpet in the area and did a really beautiful job for me, using the same carpet, for $900 less than Georgetown Carpet. Their team was friendly and helpful without being pushy.

We were referred to Randolph Flooring by our neighbor, whose wool area rug I really loved. We went to the showroom and received excellent service by the owner himself and his son. They showed us a selection of samples based on what we wanted and left us to discuss and decide. We ended up purchasing two wool rugs, one for our living room and one for our entryway, one wool blend rug for our weight room/den, and a mat for shoes at our front door. They were all delivered and installed with great care and precision; the installer even pulled out a tape measure to get the rugs symmetrically aligned with the walls and furniture. We would definitely recommend this business.

I couldn't be happier! Randolph Flooring was terrific in helping me find a bedroom rug that would match my decor AND stand up to a dog that sheds and has an occasional accident. Father and son were so patient, professional and helpful in helping me find a beautiful, high-quality rug while respecting my budgetary constraints. Delivery was perfect--installers were courteous, fast and carted away the old rug. I will definitely go to them in the future for any flooring needs.

We are extremely pleased with the quality and service we received from Randolph Flooring. The owner’s son personally came to do measurements, and he was so polite and answered all of our questions. The installers did a wonderful job, and they took great care in moving our bedroom furniture when they replaced the carpeting in our master bedroom. We had a very positive experience purchasing replacement carpeting and two rugs from Randolph Flooring. This is a family business and they are so kind and attentive! They helped us select a carpet and get measurements on our first visit, then had the old carpet removed and the new one installed the next day. The prices were great and the process was very easy. My wife and daughters have been telling me for five years my workout room looked like a dungeon. I finally broke down and went to Randolph Flooring and selected this floor. They said they would be here at 12:00 to install it and at 11:55 they showed up. The floor looks fantastic and makes me wish I had it done five years earlier.
