This is one of the best gym stores I have visited. Dominic was very helpful on explaining the equipment whether you buy it or not. It was a pleasure to complete my home gym equipment from his store and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know. To be short, they have very good quality equipment and most importantly very good customer service.
Ad- could not stop going back. Went 3 more times since I wrote the review. Same great service and staff.

I purchased a treadmill from Michael in July and have only good things to say about my experience. Michael is very knowledgeable about the products that he sells and took the time to understand my goals before making a recommendation. After my purchase he followed up a number of times via phone and email to ensure that the delivery went smoothly and that I was satisfied. I had one small mechanical issue with my treadmill which was promptly resolved. I found the delivery and service technicians to be professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Fitness Showrooms of Stamford.

I had an excellent retail experience with Fitness Showrooms of Stamford. I was looking to purchase a treadmill over the Memorial day weekend. Michael Ricca helped me with selecting the treadmill that met my needs and gave me an excellent price. Most importantly, Michael spent the time understanding my requirements and was very objective in his recommendations, in sharp contrast to high pressure sales approaches that we usually see. Great Customer Experience from Michael Ricca!

Stopped into the showroom to learn more about the elliptical machines in the market. Michael Ricca, the sales manager at the showroom, explained everything I needed to know about each brand and model. No pressure at all- Michael just explained the facts about each machine and how they worked.

Originally I wasn't prepared to buy, but Michael worked with me to make an offer I couldn't refuse. I bought the Vision Fitness S70 on the spot. The machine was delivered in a few days as promised. Love the Sprint 8 workout- easy to use and quick- 20 minutes and your done. I've been using nearly everyday since and have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks!

Great advice from Michael and if it weren't for him, I would probably still be researching for the best machine. Best fitness investment I've made.

My experience at the Fitness Showroom of Stamford was great. Michael was a huge help by trying to fit me with a treadmill that matched my running style and needs. His knowledge of the products and customer service led me to purchase through Fitness Showrooms over their competition. There was never any pressure to buy and he never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I asked A LOT of questions via email and he was prompt and helpful in each one of them! I was also happy to find that Fitness Showroom's prices were also very competitive. I would really recommend making them your first stop in all your gym equipment needs. Make sure to see Michael when you do!

I recently had the great pleasure of meeting Michael Ricca at Fitness Showrooms of Stamford . My husband and I were in search of a treadmill that our entire family could use. The moment we walked in the door Michael greeted us like old friends. After listening to our expectations for the equipment and asking about each person that would be using it..he showed us the treadmills he thought would work best for everyone . Michael patiently explained the features of each machine , had us try them out, and helped us decide on the one that best fit all of our needs. NEVER did I get the impression that the goal here was to make a sale .
Michael genuinely cares about his clients. He is very knowledgeable and really took the time to be sure that we made the best choice for our family. On top of everything else, he gave us an amazing deal on the treadmill. In addition to his great fitness advice , he threw in some extras, and offered to come to our home and show us how to get the most out of our equipment. .
In the past we have bought equipment elsewhere, if you are looking for fitness equipment , ..I can not say strongly enough... COME SEE MICHAEL FIRST.....you'll be glad you did.....I know I am !

If I could give more stars, I would! Michael Ricca from Fitness Showrooms at Stamford was knowledgeable, welcoming and took an interest in what our fitness needs were. We purchased a few Life Fitness items from Michael. They are high end fitness products and we expected to pay for the quality, but we were pleasantly surprised at how Michael was able to package the items to ensure we got the best prices possible. We will definitely be back to purchase more items in the future...we wouldn't go anywhere else (even though this is 45 minutes away and we have 2 showrooms within 15 minutes of us). Outstanding customer service!!! Our sales associate Michael Ricca patiently took the time to walk us through several makes and models of treadmills helping us compare and contrast the features and find the right fit for my family and budget. It was one of the best sales experiences I've had. I'll be back to Fitness Showrooms of Stamford for all my home gym needs..ask for Michael..hopefully he's available.

Michael was extremely helpful with the purchase of our new treadmill. Not only did he find us a great treadmill at a reasonable price, he got us a credit for our old one and did this all within a week. We visited the Fitness Showroom in Stamford to purchase an exercise bike for my birthday. I knew what brand I wanted and tried out a few models based on Michael Ricca's recommendations. His knowledge of the equipment helped us to decide on the right bike based on functionality, durable construction, comfort and price. Michael also gave us a nice discount when I mentioned that I have been going to Performance Physical Therapy due to an injury I sustained late last year. On top of that discount, he also gave us a further cost reduction because it was my birthday! Michael's was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be visiting him again for our next fitness equipment purchase.

Michael was great. He explained the different treadmills in detail, let me try them out and indicated why some would be better than others. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I was going to buy a treadmill online, after working with Michael I am glad I did not because I would have wasted money. Long story short we left with a running machine and it was delivered with in a few days and the crew that set it up was just as nice and professional as Michael was. My wife and I went to the Fitness Showrooms of Stamford to look at some treadmills. We had limited knowledge of treadmills and were not exactly sure which one was right for us.
Here we met with Michael who did an exceptional job explaining to us the various differences between the different makes and models and helped us purchase the ideal one for our requirements. We came back very impressed with the details Michael was able to get into and also take the time to make sure that we totally understood the strengths and limitations of each machine. We ended up purchasing the right treadmill for our requirements.
The delivery and installation was very smooth as well. We would highly recommend this store.

We bought an elliptical machine yesterday from Michael and I am so appreciative of the excellent customer service we received! We have visited this store three times in the past year and each time Michael treated us so respectfully; there was no hard sell and he was genuinely interested in assisting us with finding the best solution. Last year we visited this store when our treadmill, that we bought elsewhere, broke and we were having trouble getting it fixed. Michael was very kind and helpful and he gave us information to assist us with getting it fixed, even though he did not benefit. Michael is a great salesperson and he is so different from others because he wants his customer to be satisfied that they received the best experience and ultimately the beat deal with their purchase. We go back to this store for all of our fitness needs because of his great service and expertise!
