We were without a washer for almost 2 weeks while waiting on our extended warranty company to “find a local service professional”. After fighting with them, they told me to find my own… I called Eagle Appliance and they came THE SAME DAY and looked at the washer. He determined the part it needed, had the part ordered same day and within 2 days my washer works perfectly. He was very good about communicating the status of the part being delivered to him, and he was very helpful in getting me the invoice quickly so that I could be reimbursed by the extended warranty company. Highly recommended!!
