I am very satisfied I drove all the way from ct and my car stayed acting up I had the grandkids going to ocean city all of a sudden my car started jumping and jerking I was so scared I went to auto zone in Hagerstown they sent me to Meineke I had no other Choice they knew I was from out of town with my grandkids they had my car fix and was on the road the next morning thank you Dave for helping me and a special thank to Jason for all your hard work you get 10 stars we made it with no problems.

Went had my jeep wrangler to be inspected quick and easy went in took about 1.5 hours like they said had no issues ..... staff was friendly and informative ... thanks and i will be back in the future....

Great shop for custom exhaust work! Got my Roush catback done a couple years back and then a Pypes X-pipe just recently

This is a quality team. They approached my service needs with a focus on helping me get back on the road, not maximizing their profits. I watched them treat several other customers the same way. They presented several options to solve problems, often recommending the cheapest solution. I took several cards to make sure family and friends know where to go to get exceptional service.

This was my first time coming to this Meineke location and the gentlemen here definitely didn't disappoint! I called about 30-45 minutes before arriving because I had to have my car towed there. I'm so lucky because they were able to service my vehicle upon arriving. I had spoke with James aka Jason (inside joke) and he was able to plug my information in the system before arriving. His customer service was AMAZING, as well as Chris & Chris B! I think this is the best Meineke shop I've gone to and I typically only get my vehicle serviced through Meineke no matter where I live. The knowledge, customer service, and willingness to help answer questions and solve problems...I highly recommend going to get your vehicle serviced here. I couldn't be more satisfied! Thanks guys for saving the day!

This was the second time I've taken my truck to Meineke in Hagerstown.

First time for an oil change, and they thankfully pointed out a few issues I had with my truck that could have been catastrophic.

Second time for new tires. It took a bit of time to have oversized tires mounted, balanced, and alignment checked, but it was well worth the wait considering the fact and reassurances that the job is being done right.

I contacted Meineke & they were able to Check my Car the Same day. Very Professional, Great Costumer Services My Car feels Like new.

I’ve brought my vehicles to the North Hagerstown location for the last 3+ years and it’s always been a smooth and professional experience. I recently brought my Jeep in for a water pump replacement and they fit me right on the same day! Try that at your local dealership! Give ‘em a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I wouldn’t dream of trusting my cars with any other business establishment other than Meineke. Everyone there is courteous, efficient and trustworthy.

Wow. So impressed. I brought my 2000 trans am in after sitting for 5 years and they brought it back to life. Did everything from oil change, replacing my rack and pinion, exhaust work, all new brakes, fixed my ac/heat, window motors and the list goes on. Thanks so much!! 5 stars!!

Had a scheduled oil change appointment, in and out on time. Over the years have used them for brakes, exhaust work, etc and have always been satisfied.

I took my car back here to have a really bad over heating issue fixed. It has been about 2 weeks since I got the work done and my car has been running perfect! Definitely recommend this shop for any work you may need done on your car.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the necessary repairs and costs upfront, which I appreciated. The work on my vehicle was done efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. Plus, the final bill was reasonable and exactly as quoted. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Meineke, and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

My third great experience going for a oil change for my truck and my wife's SUV. They are always polite and they give great estimates and quotes for your next visit. They don't pressure you to fix anything you don't want to be worked on. I think they give great all around customer service! That's very hard to find these days and I'm greatful.

The gentleman that greeted me was knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a state inspection done - they were timely and professional. Offered other services the location provided as a point of reference. After researching cost, State inspection, typically run about $80; this location charged $119. Higher than average but the had same day available. Overall, great experience.

This is actually Mark's wife Jeannine responding. Pat and his team have been our trusted car care center for several years now. We have always appreciated Pat's honesty, integrity, and quality work. My husband Mark was killed in a motorcycle accident over a year ago. This store has helped us through a difficult time. My vehicle knowledge is very slight and I appreciate what Pat and his team have done for my family.

They did the work promptly at a fair price. They are very customer centric.
