This company is top-notch! Our car was “trapped” in the garage when the garage door mechanisms broke and it would not open even when the release was pulled. They really do offer same day service, which seems rare these days, but thank goodness for it! Nathan, our technician, was terrific! Besides being very personable, he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and fixed the door so that it works better than it ever did. He was also very patient in explaining what the problem was and what he planned to do, answering all of my numerous questions with a smile! I would highly recommend this company.

Phillip V. was our technician. Completely explained everything to us so we could make the right choices for our spring replacement. He even identified that the previously installed springs were a little to light duty for our application and matched the new springs perfectly.

Door Serv Pro is an excellent company with whom to do business.
I previously dealt with a company called East Coast Doors, and I made a mistake on my calendar as to the time of their arrival for a consult. They decided I was not worth their time and told me they would not honor another service call. I told them they lost my business. I then googled and found Door Serv Pro. They came out today, on a Sunday no less. Nathan, their senior technician, Went over everything very clearly and offered to get started and ended up finishing what I needed same day. I’m tremendously impressed. I have found my new garage door company!

We had Door Serv Pro replace our garage door torsion spring. They came to give estimate and gave options to fix door. Shane from Door Serv Pro was very knowledgeable about options to fix our door. He did a great job fixing it in a timely manner. Great job! I would use them again in the future.
