I called because I felt door was not aligned properly after first repair, but was shown differently by Tito. He was very patient and empathetic with his demonstration and explanation of what was happening. He made some recommendations and performed some warranty work to get my door working again. Provided me additional tips and tricks on how to maintain my door working ideally. Appreciate the amazing customer service provided.

Precision garage was amazing. Our garage door started to collapse at 11pm and so we went online and found two companies that claimed they were open 24 hours. The first company we called said they were not open until 7 am the next morning. Precision garage answered right away and they booked us for the afternoon the next day. Cody was our technician and he was friendly, professional, and fast. He gave us great advice on the best options for fixing our garage door. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Our technician Tito did a thorough inspection of our garage door, resolved the beeping backup battery issue, replaced old and worn door bearings, lubricated all the hinges, and best of all: he educated me all the different components of the garage door and how to maintain its longevity. Had issues with garage door not closing correctly and making loud noise, Tito came out on a Sunday and did a complete rebuild with new springs,bearings etc. It now works great and it's much quieter! Our garage door came off the rails and Tito came out to do the work. He offered several repair options. We ended up going with the most comprehensive repair. Totally professional and he had us back up and running in two hours. Totally exceeded my expectations.
