Outstanding! Great team to work with for building your home! From the design center helping and giving us ideas for our selections, the Sales office ( Courtney and Jen) with their professionalism and always keeping communication up to date with photos to share, to the Project Manager, Cory- who made the construction process not stressful and pleasant and to the Senior Contract and Settlement Coordinator, Leah who assisted with documents and communication with the settlement and beyond. Love the floor plans and the architecture. Wormald Homes is certainly not a cookie cutter builder. Villa homes in the $400s!!

Nice property. Hoa covers alot of the outside maintenance. Staff was very friendly when we came to view the property. Build quality looks nice. Unfortunately they only had one model home. No models of the size home we were interested in. Hence the reduction of stars. Will have to travel to a different area to see model.
