I have been to many B&B stores. What made this one special? REMY! Remy was attentive, knowledge and made great suggestions. When I am in Greenville I will shop at this one specifically on Woodruff! Yes, I went to the one at the mall ans was disappointed. Remy, thank you for making my shopping experience more enjoyable and cannot wait to see you again.

The only place I shop for my smell good collection. Along with their candles & wallflowers!

One of my favorite places to shop at for hand sanitizer, body cream and perfume plus they always send me coupons for freebies an discounts on top of the freebies this particular location is clean, neat, very well organized with great customer service. All that in the bag for $21 !!!!!

This particular store is great because it's larger than the mall stores but still feels friendly. The staff make you feel welcome and as if you were right at home

I love to go here for all of my candle needs I’m obsessed with the smell of their candles it’s like you can’t go wrong with any of the smells so I buy them all lol. They last me half a year if I burn them in every room in my home. Great customer service always and always so much to choose from for body care. The best time to stock up is the semi annual sales and candle day in November.

The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. I found lots of deals during the end of year clearance event. I try to pick up next years Christmas gifts for my family and friends.

Not my typical destination but my daughter loves the place so I spend some time there. Employees are friendly and helpful as well.

They have lots of fragrances and many candles for everyone.

Smaller scale store but seem to be loaded with all the products.

My experience with this particular store was excellent and I would recommend their customer service. An error by another store location brought me to the Woodruff Road Bath and Body Works. Carmen and Amber were excellent to contact me upon ascertaining particular items following stock arrival. This customer service was deeply appreciated. I am a loyal customer and will continue to bring my business to this store. Their customer service is commendable.

Today I visited this store and could not have been happier! This store is neat, clean and organized. 2 employees Nina and Kayla behind the register could not have been more helpful to show me where things were that I needed! They both were the epitome of excellent customer service! I hope you will recognize them as they deserve to be!!

Wonderful shopping experience every time I’ve been here! Savannah & Carmen are fantastic! Customer service is top notch! You won’t find better managers or better people to help you! You get help with everything all the way to finding the best fragrance for you or help with your gifting needs! LOVE these people! Carmen will even make your item is gift ready when you walk out there door!

First time I've shopped this Bath & Body ! Absolutely love it! Sales Representative were especially helpful. The store was organized, clean and very accessible. I will shop this store most likely ONLY as this was a great experience. Better than having it shipped !

I went in today looking for a gift for my daughter’s friend. I was completely clueless and Savannah was so helpful. She helped me find the perfect gift and even wrapped it for me! My daughter’s friend was thrilled when she opened her gift. Will definitely be coming back to shop at this location!

Love the sheer amount of products for just about every aromatherapy or scentophile's needs! Got hair gave and body wash, some body lotion, spray on deodorant, and some hand sanitizers

The staff is abundant and always helpful. And this location is far better than having to walk around the mall, even though it's off of woodruff road, I just take the back roads into the plaza that it's in.
