AT&T Store

John at the Saco store was fabulous and made our work phone upgrade and number transfer (Verizon to ATT) process so much easier!! Truly, it was seamless. He was honest, obviously knew what he was doing and talking about, he was interesting to chat with, and answered every question we had. All of the employees greeted us and were helpful. Thank you so much to John— big ups! 10/10.

These guys put a new screen protector on my iPhone 14 after I put about six eBay ones on. The one they put on has been flawless!!

Visited the store to transfer a corporate line from a different carrier to a family members account. Jason assisted me and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He knew exactly how to complete the process and reviewed and updated the phone plan to get the best rates. He also didn't pressure me to purchase a new phone. I live in NH and will travel back to this store if I need assistance in the future.

Saco has the best employees they make you feel so welcomed and they always there to help you with anything you need help with I love at&t and glad I went to them to get my phones not to bad prices either

Don at the Saco, Maine, store was a great help. I wanted to purchase a prepaid esim for an upcoming trip to the US from Canada (where we live). He had me set up and running in no time, reviewed how to use dual sim, and gave me a great deal. Couldn't be happier!

Made the mistake of going to a different location, where they rendered the iPad I use for work useless. Took it in to this store where John fixed the mistake in less than 5 minutes and compensated me for the month which I wasn’t able to use data. Extremely pleased with his knowledge and customer service, never going to a different location again. Thanks John!!

I was so impressed with the customer service the staff displayed during my visit to this store. When I arrived at the store around 9:30 am, there four people in line ahead of me. Turned out that the local tower had an issue so lots of people were coming into the store because their phone wasn't working. The staff did a fantastic job, even though they were obviously very busy, greeting each customer as they entered, inquiring whether this was about a service outage, and if so, explaining that the cause was the tower issue. They also did a great job of thank the customers that were in line for their patience. For at least two of the customers, the staff configured their phone for WiFi calling so they could continue to use their phones until the tower issue was resolved.
My issue was straight forward - I just needed a new SIM card for my hotspot. When it was my turn, the person helping me was friendly and efficient, getting me my SIM card and getting it activated for me.
Kudos!

Kris took care of us. He was laid back but very knowledgeable and totally professional and made us feel comfortable with every decision. He’s our kind of people. We never dread going in to the Saco store because they always have a great staff. Thank you!!

We met with John late on a Sunday afternoon. He set up a new device for my mother in law and switched me over from Verizon at the same time. He set me up on my wife’s family plan in record time and provided excellent guidance and lovely conversation the whole time. Never had such a pleasant experience dealing with mobile stuff before. John is fantastic, I hope he gets some recognition for how good he is at his job!

Wonderful experience here! There was no wait on a Saturday morning, and Justin took his time explaining all the different scenarios and cost breakdowns. He was super patient and thorough. Highly recommend!

Wonderful visit and help from John C at the Saco location. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We left having every question answered and our new phones working perfectly. We’ve been to this location many times and have always dealt with Milan. He was with another customer and we are glad John helped us. Would highly recommend this ATT location to anyone. Just Amazing service! We kept John and Ryan past Closing time on a Sunday night and they could not have been kinder. Additionally they never acted put out whatsoever and who wants to stay past closing time especially on a weekend. They could not have been kinder and their service was beyond incredible!

Transferred to AT&T from Sprint. Maureen was awesome. She provided me the best options and she was knowledge and patient with me. I had to transfer a line that was out of state and she went above and beyond to ensure my sister’s phone was delivered and she transferred the number with no interruption in service. Went back the next day to transfer the last 2 phones on my Sprint account and again she was patient and was awesome. She said she was new to the Saco store but in my experience I wouldn’t have known it I’d she wouldn’t have told me. Great place and all the people there are great but Maureen was awesome to work with.

Sat down with Jason today to switch my phone plan from a business to an individual plan, was met with a great attitude and manors, sat me down and walked me through how my phone plan will work, and how he is switching it over, all described in a way that made excellent sense. Great dude, and i think he deserves some credit where credit is due. And Jason, if you’re reading this, stay awesome!

The staff including Kris and Jesse were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer any questions that I had and help me figure out the process of setting up my new phone. They let me know of all the specials that were going on which was wonderful. They made the process of getting a new phone and signing up for AT&T tv smooth. Highly recommend them and this AT&T location. They didn’t have the color iPhone I liked and searched around to find a store nearby that did and called them to put one aside for me.

Very nice people. Went out of his way to help.
