Tropical Smoothie Cafe

YUM! This is my new go to for a healthy meal. The Chicken wraps and smoothies are awesome!! They even have supplement options. Nice employees and environment.

Ordered 3 smoothies and I wasn't aware that the cashier placed an order for 4. There was a mistake and they didn't hesitate to fix the issue. My boyfriend is very sick and needed a specific smoothie so I wanted to make sure his was correct. Thank you so much! Lifesavers!

Since the beginning of time, smoothies have been the backbone of the working class. Tropical Smoothie is the one staple that keeps society going. Without this location in Oak Creek, the state of Wisconsin would seize to exist. It isn't just a smoothie in a cup, but a reminder to enjoy the smaller things in life. In this review we will be talking about the Service, Food and how it compares to other joints.

First, we look at their service and what makes it so amazing. You are in and out within minutes, even when there are a lot of people and a lot of orders (based on the number of receipts I see) they are able to work in a timely manner to fulfill my order, and always get it right. Jim really has his crew in tip top shape, I have never been in a Tropical Smoothie that is this amazing. They don't have a drive thru, which I prefer actually because I have to look at the menu and not be rushed by the 'Soccer Mom' behind me. You can take a good look at the menu and cater towards your hearts desires.

Next, we look into the Food/Smoothie aspect. I have gotten tropical smoothie a hundred times before, and this location makes their smoothies the best. They are soo good every time, that I drive out of my way and past a different tropical smoothie just to go to this one. If you like simple smoothies, I find that you can never go wrong with a jetty punch (Strawberry and Banana). Looking for something simple and but with a little more flavor I'd recommend the Paradise Point (Strawberry, Banana & Pineapple) or a Sunrise Sunset (Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango & Orange Juice). If you like chocolate, can never go wrong with a Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie (Banana, Chocolate and PB). Those are my recommendations, try them all!

Lastly, we look at the location compared to everything else. Jamba Juice is low quality compared to this, the consistency is the same from the time you get the smoothie until the time you are almost done, you won't find annoying chunks of fruit like other places do (they always clog the straw). Panera's Smoothies are small and they don't do the job like Tropical Smoothie. What I like about the size of Tropical Smoothie is that you don't have to decide what size to order, they universal size helps solve that common "should I get a medium or large" debate. Tropical Smoothie also frequently is featured on my credit card (CHASE Freedom) where I get 3% back plus 10% back on all Tropical Smoothie Purchases, so it is a good way to earn Credit Card points (not offered at other Smoothie Places). Tropical Smoothie is far superior.

In Conclusion, we looked at the aspects of the Tropical Smoothie Located in Oak Creek, what you should order and why it is the best smoothie place you can go to. This is probably the longest Google Review that I have ever written, I just appreciate the quality service that I receive every time.Good Job Tropical Smoothie.

Our favorite stop specially during the summer to get fresh fruit beverages. Quick service if ordering there or even online. Nice to take a walk after by Howell Square.

I enjoyed my smoothie and wrap as well as the sandwich I tried. The wrap was the Thai wrap which was so good, I love the crunch with the sauce and all the veggies. The sandwich was a Caprese type sandwich which was very delicious and filling. Just a warning as well the smoothies are one size and they're pretty big. Lol if your are expecting regular cup size be prepared to be wowed. And if u get the app you get a free smoothie!

Wish we had one in racine. 3 weekends in a row I've drove to Oak Creek just to get smooties! So delicious and I love that I can sub Splenda bcuz I cant have sugar. I love that I can add 3 different choices of protien powder. Can add energizer and fat burner scoops too. Even a prebiotic if you want. Sooooo so soooo good.

This place is Legit. They are always kind to me. Not only do I enjoy their healthy menu items, I love their customer service. For example, I ordered a Caesar Salad Chicken Wrap (AMAZING choice by the way) without tomatoes and when I was eating my lunch at work, I realized they added tomatoes to my wrap. It was such a inconvenience, so I called and explained what happened. The lady on the phone was very respectable, she listened and gave me options on how I could handle the situation. Later on when I went back to Tropical to pick up my wrap they messed up, not only did they remake my wrap, they remade my entire order free of cost. Thank you Tropical for such a great experience. You all are doing good. Namaste!

Prompt service and great food. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and triple berry pat smoothie that also included a bag of chips for $12. Food was good and smoothie was HUGE! Great deal for the price and I felt as though it was good quality and service. This is the best location I have been to. Great job will be back

Great tasting healthier food for a reasonable price. The staff works fast and are polite. Alot of pickup order business but the place was clean and had safe window shields for their protection which is good to see from a business. Will definitely visit again. As a first timer I would highly recommend as an alternative to fast food!

I discovered this place about a month ago while picking up for an Uber Eats delivery. Decided to try it myself the next day and it was the best decision. The staff is very friendly and the ability to customize your smoothie is great. Today I went in the morning and picked up the Berry Oat smoothie. By far the friendliest staff I've met. Thank you for making this week off to a great start!

I tried this place on a whim, and I am so glad I did. The food was amazing. The wrap was clean, light, and satiating. The Jetty smoothie was low-cal and delicious. If you are looking for a healthy fast food alternative, look no further. TSC has a new regular customer.

Their smoothies were a pretty decent size. They had several smoothie options to choose from including some with neat add ins like oats, coconut, white chocolate, etc. This store also offers some food options but I didn’t try any. The smoothie I got tasted amazing though. Will come back

Their smoothies are sooo good. I get a smoothie from them just about every day along with their chicken caprese sandwich or chicken pesto flatbread. Their sandwiches always come out fresh and the chicken is never dry. Definitely a go-to spot for an easy meal on the healthier side.

First time ordering from here. We had four smoothies between us. Açaí Berry Boost, Triple Berry Oat, Pomegranate Plunge, and Detox Island Green. They were all excellent! Serving size is awesome, very generous. We had our smoothies delivered via Uber Eats, and they arrived chilled and still thick and blended. We will order from here, again!

We had a sante fe chicken wrap with a Bahama momma smoothie it was delicious 😋

We have ate here three days in a row now. We absolutely love it! Smoothies, flat breads, wraps, bowls! I love it. I have been trying to eat healthy and a lot of healthy foods suck. This place fills the great food and health platform for me. Great job guys

My wife loves it here but I don't. Awesome place for smoothies :) but I'm the one buying. :(
Since I love my wife, I am always buying. She likes to add enough extras to her drinks where I end up paying a small mortgage payment each time we go.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich with a dragon Fruit smoothie, and an island chicken quesadilla with a peanut butter cup smoothie for my girlfriend. Everything was phenomenal! Staff was extremely nice, and working hard to keep up with all of the orders. Will come back for sure.

Always receive our food quickly and it's always made correctly. There is a good variety to choose from so definitely one of our favorite places to go. The only thing I would change is that I wish they would offer soup!

I love this place. Highly recommend downloading the app for easy pre order. I order from home, and when I get there, ~10 min, it's ready to go in their 'Market place' pick up. Favorite smoothie of the moment is Paradise Point, half turbinado, plus Energizer. 😍🥤
