Great service! Walked in at literally 3:59 on a Sunday and they stayed open late! They not only stayed opened late but they were kind and considerate. We needed a measuring tape and everything including the good lord above to help us figure out our kids sizes. They were patient and understanding as we were traveling. Southern hospitality at its finest. Avoid nashville and gatlinburg for boots and stop here. Follow the billboards. Heads up in you’re traveling they don’t have a bathroom but there’s a gas station super close, stones throw.

This store is awesome. We stopped in today to look at boots, and I walked out wearing a new pair. Staff was very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing store and super nice owner! She has a fabulous selection of cowboy boots and hats. They were incredibly helpful in making sure I had the right size and fit. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Annettee was friendly and very helpful. Went in for a pair of boots for my son. He bought 2 pair and I bought a pair for myself. Great selection of all types of boots, clothing, and accessories! We will definitely be back. Short ride from Knoxville.

Maybe the best kept secret in East Tennessee. I looked everywhere for work boots, and not only do they have them, they have what I wanted. Every boot store in Knoxville, wishes they had, and cared for the customers and the needs of them like these people do. Great boots, great prices. Great people.

This place is a gem! I’m not sure how I never knew about Sweetwater Western Store before today, but now that I know about it I’ll be back on a regular basis. Very friendly people and a selection of boots and western wear that rivals and exceeds many of the franchise stores. Love it! And yes, I came home with a new pair of boots!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to buy some new boots other than the rural king ;-). I ran across this place on google and gave it a shot. The ladies who were working today are both sugar dolls! It is refreshing to have service with a smile and friendly southern hospitality! I walked out a happy woman with my new boots and a smile on my face. So thank you Sweetwater Western Store! I will be back again and I would recommend y’all to anyone with southern (or western ;-)) style!

We so enjoyed stopping here on our way south on I 75. The owner was the best!! Friendly and helpful, and gave us a great deal this time last year 2020. We often talk about what a great time we had and we love our boots!!
