By FAR the easiest most seamless phone service change I've EVER had. Elijah Short was the coolest and most professional representative I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I went in today with my wife to switch services and Lewis was hands down the most helpful and hands on person I’ve EVER dealt with. He made everything quick and was very resourceful. I highly recommend this store and make sure you request Lewis!

Tanesha was amazing to help my mom and I try to figure out an issue with location sharing. Despite the store being extremely busy and we were not a buying customer she still took her time with us. Great experience!

Elijah at the Burlington, NC TMobile store was super helpful with some problems that I was having with my phone. He then went above and beyond, even close to closing time to improve some other settings on my phone for me. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Couri Glen was very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful with my experience at T-Mobile. He has awesome customer service as well as his co- workers. His personality was great and I would definitely recommend Couri to anyone. I enjoyed talking to him as I waited for my service to be completed. He made it worth driving 35 minutes to the store. I would definitely go back to him and I suggest anyone that reads this to do the same. As for you Couri, THANK YOU for your hospitality and it was nice meeting and talking to you!!!

My experience with TMobile has consistently been outstanding!!! Great pricing and incredible customer service ALWAYS!!! I will NEVER go back to any other company. Aimee has exceptional customer service, while 611 does not. I asked 611 to email me proof of ownership of my phone, which is not available on their website, and was repeatedly told," Ma'am, we are a paperless company, and cannot email you." WTH?

I went here because I'd had a problem with the TMobile in Mebane. The guys at Burlington hooked me right up. Solved my problems. They r great.
