One of the best experiences I've had at any store, hands down. Tom knew what he was talking about, took the extra time to give me the technical explanation and analogized everything so I could understand how the product I wanted to buy operates and how to best take care of it. Connie was also very knowledgeable and threw in some great tips and advice. They both seemed delighted by having a satisfied customer. Holly was very sweet and helpful as well. These guys really care. 5 stars.

Great locally owned shop. I went in in search of a specific product and they didn’t carry it. But the owner was immediately on her phone looking for it, found it, ordered it, and had it in for cheaper than other places in town in a matter of days for me.

Love this place. Staff is so friendly and if something isnt working they will exchange. Ver pleased with this place.

Super clean store with a great selection. The manager is super easy to talk to and she's an absolute delight.

The staff has been consistently welcoming and accommodating. They've gone above and beyond for me, even though I'm not always the easiest person to deal with. I'm definitely making this my go to B&M for future purchases as I continue my foray into the world of vaping. I only wish they were a little bit closer. ;)

This place is amazing! I'm visiting from 5 hours out of town and the owner was so welcoming and helpful. He took glass off a shelf mod to fix mine, highly highly recommended for any vape needs. Even though the store looks small he has a lot in it.

Very great place to go for any of your vape needs. Very patient people who won't rush you or pressure you into a sale. They also do not over charge he like other places in town. Their hardware can sometimes be found cheaper than online. They carry safe and community approved batteries and hardware here. Great selection for such a small shop. This place may seem like a hole in the wall or like it's the "dive bar" of the shops in town, however you will not find better service and help anywhere else. I highly respect and recommend this shop for any and all of your needs (even if it's just questions you have).

These people are great! It's a little out of my way but I do try to go here if I have the time. Although I do wish they were open on Sundays as that's typically the day I can run around for stuff like this.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, easy to navigate selection and a non pushy sales mentality. They go out of their way to make sure what you purchase suits you and your lifestyle. I Vape one particular brand of juice. The hassle of ordering it online myself was completely eliminated. They started carrying my brand just because I asked.

I can’t remember her name but I get migraines with scents and she was very patient with me to find a vape juice I don’t get sick of smelling because she experiences the same thing! Love it here

I love this place! Great vibes, great people. I walked in knowing nothing about vaping and never once felt like I was being talked down upon. I even had a set up I was looking at and was informed I should try a cheaper one that was less complex until I decided vaping was right for me. Now it’s the only shop I use.

The only place to go for my Vaping supplies. Best customer service! The owners are the nicest people to deal with. I can phone in my order and they deliver it out to my car. The best vape shop in Dubuque, by far. It's nice in there, which makes it feel like a reputable business. The selection is great. The people behind the counter are hospitable, especially the blonde haired woman.

Best place in Dubuque to pick up any of your vaping needs. Fantastic customer service and they know their stuff. They try everything they sell and can help you get started, or help you get the most out of your advanced mods. Highly recommended for any vape experience, especially those that don't know the first thing about e-cigarettes.

Never been there myself. My friends that go there say they have so many flavors and options to choose from. They say the staff are very helpful.
