AT&T Store

Upgraded my iPhone to the new 15 Pro. Calvin the manager assisted me right away even when they were slammed. James did a great job setting up my phone and getting me taken care of. Went back the following day and once again Calvin helped me right away with my trade-in and answered all my questions and I was in and out. Very professional and friendly staff. You can tell this store is VERY well managed.

I always dread going to a retail store, however visiting AT&T store was an exception. Raymond R. greeted me at the door, was kind and courteous throughout my entire visit. He helped me get set up with my new phone with much patience and professionalism. I actually enjoyed myself! I would recommend this AT&T Store to everyone and will do so. There. Helped me right away and ordered new phones and had me on my way in less than a half hour great service I would go in Verizon store and be in there two hours hated it thanks for understanding my time is important to me

I had excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the service. I had been to the Dunnellon AT&T store and had been lied to about what promotions were available and when I would be receiving the phone. Also they said that the order could not be canceled. But the Ocala store took care of everything for me.Thank you Carrie ,For an Excellent customer service experience !!!! 👍

This location, at 4405 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL 3447, is an AT&T store, not a franchise.
We opened our own account, being previously on our daughter’s plan.
This is a spacious, clean store. It is well stocked and has numerous associates available to assist you.
We made an appointment with Terrance. He advised us on the best plan for us. He assisted us in transferring our account from our daughter’s name to our name so that we could keep our current phone numbers.
It was a pleasant experience.

Nadir helped me. Great quick service and wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive phone but the one I needed. Would recommend.

Nadir just provided some valuable and insightful technical support and it was quick and efficient, AND with a smile! Good Customer Service is a somewhere lost art and an Oxymoron today?!! Sadly true, and Nadir gave me hope as a Consumer.

I went in to have my phone added to my second line and it needed a sim card. The rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was awesome and is an asset to the company. You won't find many customer service-oriented people anymore and when you do you let the company and others know. Great job.

Went in to pay my bill.. Kiosk wasn't working so Staff greeted me at the door and PROMPTLY took my payment. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes

The staff are all so friendly and very helpful. Mike was the person who helped me and he was great! Very personable, knowledgeable and down to earth. He walked me through all the steps we needed to take and handled them like a pro. I appreciated his "real" personality, honesty and his no nonsense approach to finding the answers and making the corrections quickly. Great experience!

Joesph’s customer service and attention to the specific needs I was experiencing for my situation was outstanding.
