I just got my hair dyed for the 4th or 5th time and the best brand that I've used and recommend is Manic Panic they have different shades and colors. But Sally's also has things like facial syrums or mixing bowls ( For Bleach etc ). There's nothing really wrong with the store the service is good but it's not a thing that stands out. I want to be safe so I'm going to blur out the face of me and my friend sorry if the hair is a little hard to see.

I didn't get the name of the lady that was working this morning at 10am (11/21/23), but she was AWESOME. She gave great recommendations on hair dye brands for the color I was going for- without bleaching my hair and was pleasant to talk to in general. She was very patient and answered all of my questions.

East silver springs Sally’s is amazing!!…everyone is so knowledgeable and it is amazing to speak to the staff there, they make you feel at home!!!! Definitely a five star experience!!!!

I went into the store not knowing what I wanted to do to my hair and came out very confident in my decision. The new manager Kasey was very helpful and professional and was very knowledgeable about everything inside the store. I also had other questions that were answered by the color specialist Ariana that help me decide what colors I needed. Both the manger and the employee were very kind and helpful. The store is very nice and clean I would recommend everyone go to this store for you beauty needs. I recommend you speak with Kasey or Ariana!!!!

This place is so cool! It's not a big store but it's has so many colors, the staff is super friendly too! There was this pretty woman that worked their named Vanessa was super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, always had a smile on her face, helped us make sure we had everything set to go along with making sure it was near our price range! Would totally recommend! Go Vanessa!

Outstanding staff is really helpful and always steers me in the right color direction when I buy hair color products! I love doing it myself, saving money and knowing they are there for me. Thanks to my local Sally's gang!

I love this store, everyone is so helpful in the store after getting new management. I always like browsing and the associates are very helpful. I will be back!

I have never bleached my hair at home before and Makayla was super helpful and friendly from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable with products and instore sales/deals. I recommend her if you have questions for hair color!! Will be returning to this location!

I have never had a problem with the service at this Sally's.. Everyone here has been cordial and very helpful. They don't tell you where to find an item, they actually walk you over to show you..
I had gone to the Sally's on College Rd. and had the opposite experience. I will never go back that one. They couldn't be bothered with helping with anything..

I never leave reviews BUT I have to say Valerie at the location on 40 was sooooooo sweet, helpful, attentive and informative!!!!!

She greeted every single customer as they came and went. She made several suggestions on products to help with my hair crisis, and was very genuine going above and beyond with every customer I saw her interact with.

I will absolutely go back and ask for her any time I need any info.

Her energy was awesome!!!!

I've been to just about every Sally's in Marion county and I have to say the 40 East store is my favorite. These ladies are all so awesome and helpful that you really don't have to go anywhere else.

I've been coming here for years but most recently McKayla helpped me figure out some colors to play with. I have black to blonde ombre hair and I was just looking for something temporary to put over the blonde to mix it up for the winter. She recommended a really pretty lilac that I would not have ever chosen for myself. But she was absolutely right! It came out so beautiful and I absolutely love it! I couldn't be more thrilled with it and so grateful for McKayla for being so sweet and so helpful and helping me find a temporary color that would wash out when I'm ready to go back to being blonde again.

I love this store! The manager, Ms. Diane, is always so helpful and very kind as all the associates there are. The store is always kept neat and clean. This is the only place I go for all my hair products!

So I decided I was going to bleach my hair blonde from red. The lady who helped me, her name was Carol, and she was ALOT of help! She knew exactly was she was talking about and gave me the best products to help lift the red, it was my first time bleaching, so she even gave me directions on how to use everything, she was so awesome! And since I had a millitary ID I got a free sally's card which was even better! So I think if you even need help with your hair, she is the lady to go to :D

I love this store the staff are incredibly helpful and sweet when I came in to get stuff to try to put my extremely thick and curly hair into a pretty bun for my ballet recital and the woman was super sweet and personally helped me and even told me how to put up my hair properly by far my favorite beauty store great selection 💕

Always a great experience very knowledgeable staff especially the store manager. Very clean and organized too :)

Great service and then when I had a question about a waxing product the cashier was able to answer it and guide me in the right direction.

Aside from the excellent beauty products at Sally's thier customer service is always top notch at this location. I have always gotten exceptional advice and service.

Have used Sally's forever and love Diana! She always steers me in the right direction and offers helpful tips.

Very pleasant young lady waiting on me even offered her nail so I could try my nail polish out great service
