Guys have been helpful! Went in for a relay that is for a SXS. We looked and found something similar, but no match. Friendly and great products!

Friendly prompt service. They helped my teenage granddaughter check her battery along with checking the starter and alternator. Two other auto parts stores would not check to see if the battery needed to be replaced because it was too close to their closing time 😕. They were not allowed to install at that time. So glad we went to 0'Reilly's!!!! We were very pleased 😀.

Super nice friendly and they know what they're talking about lot of these auto stores don't but these guys they got game they know what they're doing don't ever be afraid to go in here and buy auto parts

On 3/24/20 I went to this location after being told at a different auto parts I needed to buy a part that I didn’t feel was necessary. I got to this location and Jayson took care of making sure I did not purchase something I did not need, he was very helpful and accommodating. I would like his corporate office to know what an outstanding employee they have. They may want to get several more like him to work in there establishments. Thank you Jayson for a great service.

Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable at the North 301/441 location. I am handicapped and the last time I was there my car was overheating while I was waiting for it to cool down they told me to come in the store to cool off. They got me a chair & a bottle water. They really went out of their way for me and it was greatly appreciated.

A big shot out to Carlos there. My wife and I was broke down at a rest stop and our son was following us so he took us there to get the part ( first time we were given the wrong fuel pump) but when we called back it was closed to closing and Carlos stayed there till we got back for correct part. Thank you Carlos.

The guys there were amazing! I was having issues with the rotors I recently purchased and to speed up my visit the warranted my rotors and replaced them. I installed them and am happy to say that there is no more vibrating when I brake. Thanks guys!

I went to get help with a light bulb. Ended up with the district manager and the manager helping me out. This is why they have 100% my business. Terrific service and They DO NOT rip you off and are always totally helpful with all the price options. Y se habla espanol.

IF this one is on Blitchten, HYW 27. This store has improved so much over the last 3 years. I think it's the best store West of I75.
The people treat you as the customer so much better than other stores including the Auto Parts who think they are competitors

Very helpful staff. My brother and I know nothing about cars but they did. The helped use with getting the right oil and filter. The came out and put the car on some type of machine and told us what was making the funny sound. We got it fixed and my brother was able to drive his car back home in Arkon OH with no problem.

O'reilly's has a great group of people/staff. Jeff has been one of the guy I use he is very Knowledgeable of auto parts at any part store. I know him from AutoZone when he ran the commercial department. There and here he takes care of the customer. I buy from people not just a name brand store.

Jayson did a superb job. He identified the parts I needed perfectly. In addition to that his pleasant and professional attitude made the process very easy.

I was trying to purchase some ignition packs for my girlfriend's vehicle. They only had one of a certain brand when I was in need of two so they gave me a deal on two that were of better quality.
