⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an outstanding experience at Sally's Beauty Supply! We arrived at the store just as the manager was locking up, but to our delight, she noticed us and promptly unlocked the door. It's truly refreshing to find someone who goes above and beyond in today's fast-paced world. She not only helped us with a hair spray recommendation, but she also dedicated extra time to ensure our membership benefits were utilized for a perfect hair color match. Even though the desired product wasn't in stock, she went the extra mile by suggesting an alternative and even promised to personally follow up after checking tomorrow's truck delivery. This level of service is truly commendable and left us thoroughly impressed. Sally's Beauty Supply has definitely won us over with their exceptional customer care and attention to detail. We'll be eagerly awaiting that call and can't wait to return for all our beauty needs. Kudos to the manager and making our visit truly memorable!

Tonight was my second visit into this Sally’s despite it being across town for me because of how amazing my experience was at this store last night. Last night I was greeted by Ora (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who was eager to help me find a product to correct my hair color and try something new. She was quite literally my hype man (or rather woman) and just gave me an all around great experience and provided me with quality products. Tonight I returned after deciding to change directions with how I was going to continue coloring my hair and I was greeted by Brianna (again, hope I am spelling her name correctly) who was just as eager to offer advice and product recommendations. She was incredibly personable and was not just eager to help, but excited for me and my hair transformation and the direction I wanted to go in. Both nights I have walked out personally touched by these women’s devotion to providing the best service and expertise so that I can have the utmost satisfaction in the results. I will never not come across town to this Sally Beauty and I hope these women know how much I appreciate them and their help.

I called and had questions about hair products for my daughter. The product I was asking about was not available but the store associate Ora proceeded to offer an alternate product and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. I was quite amazed because I’ve gone in there quite a few times and I had never been educated on what’s in the products and how products work in the hair the way I was when speaking to Ora. She informed me that she was quite new to the store. Well Sally’s I must say you guys did an AMAZING job hiring her. KEEP HER!

Lena & Kristen gave the best customer service today! They greeted everyone as soon as they walked in the door and made sure to walk around and check on everyone as they were shopping. I have never gotten such good service keep it up ladies hope they share with you how great you both are!

I have to say the girls here are amazing! I came in to try to fix and salvage the mess my stylist did to my hair and Kristen was truely a life saver! She took the time and care. She explained what was wrong and then spent time not just giving me a product but going over in every detail how to use it, how it will repair the damage, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable and she cared enough to follow up with me to see if the product She recommended helped!! Amazing hospitality!!!

The lady that worked in Sally's was very knowledgeable on all the products they have 2 offer. I don't know her name, but today is tuesday, november, 13th.. look at the work schedule and give the lady working there on this day a raise !! She deserves a raise. !!!

I Am A newly licensed Cosmetologist and I appreciatea Kristen and her associate. They are always personable, professional and knowledgable about their products. I will definitely be back.
