The UPS Store

Updated 2/22/2025 to a 5star. I just left this UPS Store. Normally I would rate 5 star. But the older of 2 females at the 1720 N Woodland Blvd store was quite rude. I told the younger female staff member that waited on me Thank You for wearing her mask fully. The older one said “Some do not believe in it”. Whether SHE believes in it OR NOT is not the point. You, the company, UPS require full face masks to protect the public and people of my age group.

It has been proven older ones and others with health concerns can be gravely affected by exposure.

I suggest you send the “snotty” woman until she is willing to cover her nose.

2/22/2024. My last several visits to this store have been wonderful. Very efficient staff. Even with a line quick service. Today a young lady took my returns and it was a pleasant experience.

Terry at UPS in DeLand was extremely helpful with a last minute international parcel send off. Thank you Terry!

They make it very easy and straightforward to process Amazon returns. I've never had to wait for more than a minute or so, and it's very simple.

Sooooo friendly and competent. Quick service and help when needed. AND far more organized and dependable than FedEx.

I have an online store so I have alot of various packages to ship on a weekly basis. I used to go to my local post office until they started giving me a hard time about what I was mailing I got so fed up I decided to stop at ups store one day when I was in town. they were super helpful and all of my packages got to where they needed to no problem. so now everytime I have packages to mail I drive 30 min into town just to take them to this store because everyone is so polite helpful and always gets me in and out quickly when they see I have prepaid labels. I could go 5 min from my house to post office but I drive the distance to come here because it is night and day with the customer service. I highly recommend anyone going to this ups store, for fast, friendly and accurate service!

They are pleasant and customer friendly and knowledgeable.

I agree with the other reviewer that mentioned how BJ works hard to make sure her employees give excellent customer service the way she does. I've been going here for a few years now, as I avoid the post office at all costs, and they continue to make me feel welcome and help me carry boxes in if need be. Always professional and helpful. Customer for life!

We are so happy to say they had the package pulled off the delivery truck and redirect for delivered with in 24 hours to the new address...

I've been with this UPS store for over 4 years now and I am always greeted by the friendly and helpful staff and owner. The convenience of NOT having packages left on my porch tempting the unscrupulous is enough of a peace of mind to warrant having my delivery sent here instead. They also contact me via text when I do have packages for pick up. I also appreciate the privacy of not having to use my personal street address for mail. This office is so conveniently located I don't feel like I'm ever going out of my way to pick up my mail. Considering the horrible staff at the main DeLand post office, I am grateful to do ALL my mailing through this UPS store. The owner, BJ, goes above and beyond to make sure her staff is just like her. I just love going in to say hello, pick up my mail, and toss about a bit of banter. Highly recommend!

Welcoming, friendly customer service!! Being a new small-business owner Dylan took the time to sit down with me and design my business cards. These people are so kind, always Eger to please! They will help you complete your order, help you packaged your out going mail. I do many closings, and at times there UPS vs Federal Express, this store is very professional, clean, and most of all, excellent professionals. ‘ Mobile Notary with Seal ‘

Two people were working and even though they were pretty busy there was a very short wait and they handled my drop off quickly and printed me a receipt. Very polite associates.

We called very last minute for some banners for a trade show. Everyone I dealt with was helpful with AMAZING attitudes. Our banners did not look last minute they were great quality work we will use them from now on. Thank you Deland Florida UPS Store!!

I stopped by to inquire about packaging and shipping 3 meat grinders to send to Georgia. Ultimately I was going to use the Post Office for the job.

Super helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any kind of printing needs! I don't generally have time to sit and do a review but this time it was more than warranted to do so. When my dad passed away (3 days after I found out I was pregnant and 19 months after my mom had passed) I bought a 16x20 photo matt that could be set up at his funeral and signed as a type of guest book. Well my stepmother had fallen in love with it and wanted to keep it at her house and I of course wanted it as well so I set out to find a place to make a copy of the matt. I knew it would be very difficult since I had tried to find a company to do the same thing for my mom's matt in Utah and was told they couldn't help me at no less than 15 different places including a UPS in Salt Lake City. After I thought I had exhausted all of my options including a blueprint printing company with more than enough equipment to do the job, I found myself at my last resort, Office Depot in Deland. They, like everyone else, told me they could not send something thicker than paper through their large copy machine and their flatbed scanner wasn't big enough. But then something awesome happened, the lady working that day told me their former print specialist now works at UPS. Once I arrived, the gentleman at the desk was very curious and professional and informed me Dylan was off that day but would be back tomorrow and he would keep my most valuable possession safe for him if I chose to leave it. The next day within minutes of Dylan arriving at work I received a phone call where he explained the technicalities of how he could make it happen involving taking a photo of the matt, printing the photo and custom cutting it so that it could be adhered to my blank matt making me an exact replica. It looks fantastic, I am super pleased with how it turned out, and it cost me about $10 for something that is priceless to me. This wasn't a walk in, wait 5 minutes and walk out project so for the price, the time put into it, and the eagerness to find a way to make this for me added to the smiling professional customer service, I have no doubt that Dylan could meet any printing need I might ever need! As FL State Coordinator for the Quilts of Valor Foundation, we are always shipping Quilts to our Veterans, today I needed to ship 6 Quilts to different locations and I was unsuccessful in finding boxes. The UPS Manager Brandon at this Deland Store gave me 6 boxes free! I love a business who supports our Veterans🇺🇸 ”Thank you Brandon”

This store is great. On a Saturday the manager stayed after closing to assist with sending a return package. I would highly recommend this UPS store.

Very helpful , this was my first time and slow to get picture of return off phone, So I handed phone, to the
Ups agent,, and he did it for me. He did not hurry me. I appreciated that.

Excellent service and very friendly! They can take care of all your shipping and printing needs including large formats on various materials. The store is kept in top shape too!
