AT&T Store

Great service, especially from Dominique. He worked through several issues with my kids' apple watches to solve an issue that a tech at a different AT&T store couldn't figure out. Dominique was incredibly patient and was very persistent about figuring out how to get my watches set up, and was successful at it!

Satin was very pleasant and helpful. My initial reason for my visit was because I was looking for a specific phone for my elderly mother. Something more user friendly. And I needed the phone to be mailed directly to her in North Carolina. Which she helped me get it done. Then while I was there I decided to upgrade my phone and also upgrade my iPad for a tablet for my granddaughter. Satin was extremely nice, not to mention the gentleman that was working that day as well. Great job and wonderful customer service all around. 👏🏼👏🏼

My first experience with another at&t service rep was good, however everything went wrong. Left with no Sim card and alot of empty promises made. However we went back the very next day and this gentleman Benjamin helped us fix everything, he skipped his lunch to make sure we were square. Juan also ran to a sister store to get the phone my wife wanted. They made EVERYTHING happen. That's the only reason I give my experience 5 stars. For the customer service the second time in and the dedication Benjamin and Juan had for us customers, ensuring we left satisfied.

Great service. Benjamin helped me and my wife out restore some lost service. Got us new Sim cards that are 5G capable.

Great team at this store.

Now if only AT&T would fix the 5G data issues in the fort hood area.....

This location is the best in the area. Felix was phenomenal. He help me set up my new iPhone 14 Plus. He showed me how to use the phone. He also paired my watch to my phone and he was very patient .

I've really enjoyed AJ , he's very polite, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, etc. This guy takes good care of every client like nothing I've seem. He let's no customer go unattended. Great work ethics and positive attitude.

Tommy helped me and wife get a new phone plan and phone’s. He explained everything perfectly and got us in an out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience and my our new iPhone 12s are amazing!

Very patient. Very helpful. I was there for hours because of personal issues with the other lines switching from a farther location under the same account. They put customer needs first and quicker way to get service. Was offered water and a chair to elevate my feet because of my pregnancy symptoms at 38 weeks. Thank you to the Manager Stephan with helping have my family get connect easier by doing all the work on his end.

I had a great experience at this store. Everyone in the place was supper friendly. Anthony T, my sales rep is very knowledgeable in AT&T protocols. I came over from tmobile/sprint and he had me set up in no time. The store is clean and uncluttered. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for AT&T services

The representative that helped me greeted me promptly when I entered the store. He was very knowledge and explained to me what was going on with my phone in a manner that I was able to understand. The entire atmosphere of the store was welcoming and I would highly recommend that location.

The customer service is amazing at the Stan Schleuter location. The store representatives actually took the time out to listen to me and offer a solution. Anthony was especially helpful and very personable, making the process of everything I needed help with easy to understand. Definitely 10/10 service and I’ll be looking forward to working with this store again and also recommending all of my friends to visit this store in the future!

Once again, this AT&T store was able to get me in and out quickly. I am willing to drive an extra 18 minutes from my house to go visit this store. Team member Stephen is very helpful and always trying to help me save money on my phone bill. It was a great idea switching over from Version after being with them for about 5 years. High recommend going to this AT&T store. Make sure to ask for Stephen.

The staff are really nice guys. Todd assisted us, but there were two other gentlemen there that we also interacted with. Very quick, thorough, professional service from all, and respectful of our time & budget.

The person who helped me was professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to get me in and out with ease. Was even able to offer advice about the accessories for my device. I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience at this store was fantastic. Best customer service ever. My husband and I were having issues with an insurance claim and the staff at this store really went above and beyond to help us out. They assisted us every step of the way to make sure our needs were met. The gentleman that helped us, I believe his name was Cory, made sure we knew and understood all of our options and walked us through exactly what he thought would be the best course of action for us. I couldn’t be happier!

Very friendly, competitive prices. I was helped immediately after walking in. They had the screen protector i needed, and even gave me a deal on two of them. Then, the salesman put my screen protector on my phone for me at no cost, and we had a nice conversation while he did it.

I will definitely go back if i need anything else.

I absolutely love AT&T. Anthony is the most professional and knowledgeable mobile employee I have ever ran across! I was so frustrated with my new iPhone, and he helped me get it all worked out! AJ and the other reps are friendly and knowledgeable. I got a new phone with a promotion. AJ breezed right thru the process and transfered old phone to new phone and explained the updates. He even helped me correct my email password.
