The lady was very helpful and informative. Problem was finally taken care of. Customer service at 611 couldn't fix situation in 5 months, but in store, fixed in 10 minutes or less.

I had to buy a new phone and since there wasn't anyone at the Maricamp Rd location and the phone at the Belleview store went to a modem tone all day, I ended up here. A lady named Carmen helped me and she was excellent. I would highly recommend this location.
