AT&T Store

The crew here are exceptional! This is not the first time I needed help and both times I was greeted nicely, and helped without hesitation! They are very knowledgeable and pleasant also, all very important! Thank you guys, once again!!

Charelys was absolutely amazing! My son got his phone stolen at school and I needed something cheap to be able to communicate with him while we dealt with the situation. She contacted multiple stores and got one shipped down here. She really went above and beyond! You can tell she really cares about helping her customers and does such an amazing job. I hope your leadership knows just how amazing of a job you’re doing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hello, My name is Sylvia Dudley, and when I arrived at the AT&T store today, in a panic, looking for help, I found Mr. Lee Graham at your Heather Island location on Maricamp Road in Ocala. He was wonderful, jumped right in and solved my issue. He fixed the phone in no time, but I was now afraid to trust my old Galaxy S 7, and opted for new phone. Lee went above and beyond explaining everything and even jotted down addition instructions to make sure that I was leaving with a clear understanding of how everything worked. He also gave me his business card in case the I had more questions. Lee is an asset to your company, and I hope there is a raise in his future, because he earned it. He was the only person in the store, and maintained a polite, professional attitude as he greeted incoming customers.

This particular location was already chosen for me by my Agency a few years ago, and I will say that the Customer Service here is the best. In the past 2 years I’ve gone to your other stores in this region due to location approximately at that moment, with minor issues; which were resolved perfectly. I’m very happy with your corporation, and noticed your high customer service standards.

In my observations, there’s pure talent in “my” store location. Your employees are young, very respectful to others, intelligent, and work very well together. Maybe it’s the harmony here. For professional and personal mobile service I do refer this store.

Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the phone upgrade very easy and helped us to understand our new phones.

Great experience! Associates were very helpful, attentive, and was able to answer all of my questions quickly. Greeted immediately when I walked in the door.

Randy and Jaylin at the Parkview Commons strip mall location were excellent..Randy was awesome from the moment I entered the door until I left..Customer service from both of these employees was top notch..I will be returning in a couple of months to do business at this store because of them..They made my experience in the store pleasant..as well as another customer I had the privilege to see them take care of in the store while I was there. People like this is who you need to represent you with hospitality and customer skills..

In and out in five minutes! My phone needed serious repair after a mishap and Charlene set me right up. Offered a same day service location or an at home option. Took the at home option. Repaired next day. Technician was equally as pleasant to deal with. Every action I have had at this location has been one to make you want to continue using it. And I will!

Excellent service and knowledge. I didn’t have to wait there while they transferred my info to my new phone. Randy called and texted me updates and when the phone was ready. There was another awesome young lady who also helped (sorry forgot her name). Thank you!

Randy was amazing sales rep. He went literally above and beyond to take care of my exchange.. the entire event took approx 2 hours to complete due to regular foot traffic and slight hiccups that were not the stores fault. The Staff here were exceptionally polite and talkative. Enjoyed my visit to this store. Thanks randy! I'm enjoying the new s22 ultra 512gb and buds2

It was an issue with my husband's iPhone, SOS connection only, so we came here, and the issue was that he has a 5G cell phone with a 4G Sim card, so the issue was resolved in a second.

My favorite AT&T store ever. Gabe, Charley & Randy were amazing, kind, helpful, thoughtful and also very entertaining while I upgraded my iPhone. You couldn't choose a better trio to help find what you need at AT&T.

Store reps were polite and very helpful, helped us save some money and even upgrade a phone. Came in with questions that were answered very professionally and left way happier than we expected. Overall amazing experience. Gabriel was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything we were needing help with!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this store. I brought my new phone in to have my old info transferred to it. Typical new phone stuff. Sometimes an "iffy" procedure.

But Juan was excellent. He setup my phone so well that I was able to keep a favorite app that isn't available to download any longer. I had resigned to lose it but Juan saved it! Yeah Juan!

Juan was courteous and answered all of my questions.

I would highly recommend this store and especially Juan Torres.

Came into the store today and was looking at upgrading and when I came in there were about a total of eight people in the store. Juan was doing an amazing job of multitasking and taking care of me and many other customers. I will definitely return if I need anything at all, this is the only store I will go to. Charelys was awesome (AT&T store located at 3035 SE Maricamp RD suite 115, Ocala FL 34471). She had a great personality, she was enthusiastic, down to earth and personable. She explained everything in a clear way, she answered all our questions and made recommendations for the best options that would suit our needs. She was just so helpful! As I was switching from a different network to AT&T, she made such a great impression on me! I hope all your employees are like her! Keep up the good work! Great customer service goes a long way in keeping loyal customers!

Charelys was super helpful regarding our broken device. She took our preferences into account and we left the store with a wealth of knowledge that allowed us to replace the device with a minimum of hassle. Juan was also there in a supporting role. LOL. Have a good one guys!!

We had the BEST experience at this AT&T store today. Matt (and Freddie) helped us upgrade and trade-in phones. They made sure the charges were right; helped us transfer the data; made sure one Apple watch was paired; and applied the screen protectors that we purchased. During the whole process, they were patient and professional. I definitely recommend this AT&T store.
