McDonald's

I had to say goodbye to my grandmother today and I stopped at this McDonald's about halfway into the 7 hour drive home. I'm so glad I stopped here. Everyone was amazing and it felt like a breath of fresh air to be surrounded by such kindness. No one knew what I was going through, but the actions of the employees today really helped me make the rest of the drive home. It seems silly, but I really really appreciated it

Staff was very polite and they were quick to get our food out. And!!!!! The food was correct like I ordered it. 10/10 recommend this location

The drink refills were awesome..had the buy one get one big Mac..used my old receipt and code to get this offer...service was great..

The ice cream machine was broken, but what they lacked in ice cream they made up for in good service (apart from the minor inconvenience of my friend needing to wait a long time for her food.) The staff remained friendly and calm when two whole bus loads of people showed up to get food, and one of the waiters even came around with a basket of mints for people after their meals. Great experience!

It was ok.. Had Uber Duber deliver it and it was crazy expensive..

Tastier then other places I have tried with McDonald's

This was a great Mcdonald’s! I went here instead of the closer one because their fries were cheaper! So glad I did. They have awesome customer service. There is a little bench area for children with a coloring mat crayons and a little toy, no play place. Tons of seating with different types of seats. There was booths, plastic chairs, comfy lounge chairs, bar stools. Super awesome. There was plenty of outlets so i could charge my phone to use my mcdonald’s app. They had a beverage dispenser so i could refill my drink myself and kiosk if i wanted to order on it. they also had set out like sugar salt and pepper which was awesome.

My 2 young sons and I dined in right before Christmas because my son chose this place after our mother/son dance and we ate and had fun playing a board game that came with the happy meal and as we were playing a wonderful employee came over and brought us another game to play! That was so nice!!!

My family and I dined in at the Hubbard location around10:15 am this morning. We were waited on by a young woman name Danny. The service we received was top notch. It's rear to find such a caring patient worker at McDonalds and I really wanted her manager and her to know how much she's appreciated.

Traveling with a group of 150 and we called ahead and they were ready for us! We were in and out and most of use had ordered, and we're eating within 25 minutes... great 👍 work by the team at McDonald's...I have been to some in my local area that it takes 6-7 minutes just to take my order and get my food.

Food tasted great, hot 🍟 fries and 🍔 burger. Everything was made to my specific order, which was done in person. Between the kiask and two registers there was no reform warm or cold food.

Came in and it was slammed, staff handled everything greatly and were super nice.
Aj did an awesome job and so did the whole entire staff. Next time I am in town will stop back in!

Just Stopped in late-night window on a trip to Chicago. Person in drive thru was super nice food was fresh. Totally appreciated the service. Date & time 9/8/2022 12:32 am

I only like their Sausage Egg McMuffin and hash browns with their coffee. Best McDonalds crew of any around.

I feel SO BAD for the kid who works Saturday nights pretty much ALONE, if not actually alone, at Mcdonalds in Hubbard. This isnt the first time I seen him and seen him deal with the most IGNORANT IMPATIENT people ever. Yet he keeps coming back to work knowing it will be hell. As I sat in line and waited to order, people were honking their horns and yelling. Some drove away before ordering which is fine. I got to the speaker and he was polite and asked me to wait. So I did even though I waited about 25 min already. He came back apologized, took my order and I pulled to the window. He is taking orders AND cooking! I patiently waited and my food was piping HOT, FRESH and nothing was made wrong or missing. Actually best food I ate their is when he works. I made sure to tell him he was doing a great job and Thanked Him. He needs a raise! TAKE CARE OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO SHOW UP AND KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. If others could just be patient with people and or PUT YOUR APP IN AND HELP HIM THEN! He did a GREAT job and he stayed calm throughout so many ignorant people before me I would have lost my cool to. Kuddos to him and I want to be sure he is shown this review as well.

Hubbard Ohio McDonald’s always has fresh food. Only one time have I ever had cold french fries. I usually have issues with other McDonald’s with cold food, wrong order and not salty fries BUT not this McDonald’s. They do an excellent job!

This is one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is always good the service is fast.
