The Café by Prepped Wellness

Fresh, healthy, and delicious meals made while you wait. You can eat-in at this clean and stylish cafe, or order carry out. They specialize in meal wraps, bowls, and smoothies! SO many great options on the build your own menu: tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted chicpeas, roasted corn. The service was fast and friendly. Lots of nice beverage options, too. Awesome option in Youngstown for lunch with great staff and ownership.

Amazing food and staff. Truly best tasting wraps I've ever had. It's fresh and you walk away feeling good about what you eat. Highly recommend it. Great place to hang out for students too. Their meal prep service is awesome as well.

Order two trays for Christmas Even and they both are so delicious!!! Can't beat being delivered right to your house either. Will be ordering again!

I work locally here in Youngstown and frequent this restaurant once or twice a month. Good food and good customer service. I recommend this spot to anyone that wants a good meal that will sit well on your stomach and give you energy through the day.

Late post, But went here last year and it’s the best food I’ve had in Ohio! The dressing was house made, fresh and just perfect.

If you all have not try this Cafe yet you're missing out. Everything is so fresh the food is really good. The cashier is a really cool guy

This Café was opened fairly recently in conjunction with a meal prep service. I have not had the chance to try the meal prep service, however the Café is awesome! I've eaten here several times now, and have experienced a couple of different wraps as well as some protein shakes. It has all been very tasty. I find it to be a well laid-back and clean atmosphere - A nice place to stop and have lunch with friends. Awesome Wraps! Awesome Shakes!

The Cafe by Prepped Wellness is a great addition to the youngstown area. The smoothies are clean. The tropical mango smoothie with a buffalo chicken wrap is my go to. Check them out, you wont regret it!!
