Myself and my mother went to this dealer because it was local to my area. I had spoken to one other representative who had helped me plan what to do with my family cellular plan.
On Christmas Eve, mid afternoon Kennedy was working by himself and took on the job odd task of doing a phone upgrade and transfer on the same account. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and informative as to where we were at in the process.
The transfer took over three hours and of course other customers came in and he helped them but also made sure our ticket was the priority as we were there previously.
He was working with Verizon support and it became obvious that this local technician knew far more than the voice in the phone, which after a 2 hour phone call ended in a “transfer to the next level” dropped call. Kennedy still figured it out. I am thankful that there are young people out there that give honest opinions, will work to get the job done, and are charismatic enough to effortlessly make it seem like they enjoy being at their highly underpaid job. This guy deserves more but if you are looking at buying a new phone or need help with your account, this place can help.

Excellent customer service. Armando, the manager, was amazing. He devoted hours to resolving problems related to our transfer of service from another carrier. He remained polite and professional while dealing with some rude and unhelpful employees of our prior service provider. He went above and beyond expectations. It is great to find a cellular company that is so dedicated to customer service

Sterling was very helpful. Worked diligently to get my whole family switched over to Verizon. I bought several phones. He made that possible by making sure we received all the current incentives and rebates. It ad a pleasure getting it all set up. Will definitely do business with them again.

I just bought my 3rd phone from this store. Joseph is a great manager. Farina helped me and we had a lot of fun. I usually hate going to a phone store but this one is always a pleasure! Getting ready for another phone soon.

Fareena bent over backwards to help my husband and me. She was tireless in setting up the new phones and explaining how they work. She is cordial, professional and very knowledgeable. Joseph is also outstanding with the customers. Because of them, I highly recommend this Verizon store.

I have been with Verizon for many many years. I have never had anyone as patient helpful and understanding as Affan. I have been in sales for years and I found this gentleman to be one of the best employees a company could have representing them . He went up and above what you do for customers . You are very fortunate to have him represent Verizon . I have seen him work with several customers and he treated them as well as I was treated You can be very proud he is on your team . I appreciate good service and kindness and he’s done everything he could to walk me through and understand hell my phone works . You’re very fortunate again don’t let this one getaway!

My wife & I worked with Sterling & he exceeded our expectations by a mile. We were actually dreading to have to muddle through plans & then wait endlessly for data transfers but Sterling made it simple. We were confident that we maximized our value & are extremely happy with our upgrades! My only negative comment would be a limited supply of iPhone cases but frankly I prefer to Amazon that stuff anyway... 5 Stars!!

She is extremely knowledgeable, overflowing with patience and is such a kind and gentle person. This past Saturday she helped me for more than an hour, and then today, when I had yet one MORE question she quickly hopped out to my car to help me with the Bluetooth hands-free phone connection!

I originally had a customer service issue at this location; however, the team worked together and found a way to make it right. I really appreciate that quality in a leader. Had a great experience ordering my two new phones with the Lakeway Verizon team. They were incredibly knowledgeable in their products and gave me insights into making the best purchase for my needs. Would go back there in a heartbeat. Great location as well, was able to grab some groceries and treats for my pets at the nearby stores.

Got my iPhone upgraded to the latest and greatest, a couple months back. The Lakeway Team made it a smooth and easy process. They even entertained me when they were backing up my phone. Went in today with a billing issue, was resolved within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Farina was my salesperson In the Lakeway Verizon store. Originally I came into the store today to get my broken screen replaced of my iPhone 7. Farina explained to me why I would be better off to update my phone at this time and she was absolutely terrific, patient and very knowledgeable.
I was so impressed with her service that I talked my husband into getting a new phone so he will see her tomorrow as well! She is an asset to the Lakeway Verizon store and I appreciated her patience and all the time she spent with me.
I was an executive with Nordstrom for 30 years and I very much appreciate good service!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Samsung 9+ at the Verizon store on RR 620 on Friday 4/14. The service I received from both the manager and the sales associate was great. They were professional, thorough and explained all of the options, which resulted in saving me money, consolidating my bill and allowing me to get a new phone for myself and my daughter. Both the Manager and Sales Associate stayed late on Friday to make sure that everything was in working order with my bill, new phones and accessories. I won't shop anywhere else for new phones in the future!.

The guys at this store are very friendly and really know their stuff! They are patient and skilled in getting a non-tech oriented person such as myself through the confusing parts. I had a complicated issue with a phone, and Joseph went above and beyond to make it work for me! Thanks to Michael and Pay for their help, too! This store is a real asset to Lakeway! and would be worth the drive if you live elsewhere!

Everyone in the store was so friendly and nice to me, and Sterling helped me to set up my account and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful.

Fast forward to March 2021: today Haley helped me and she couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Both she and her co-worker went above and beyond to help me.

Jennifer was great! She helped me stay within my budget and was very accommodating in helping me choose the right plan for my family. It was nice having someone care about my needs instead of trying to just sell me something. 5/5

Joseph Medrano is the face and the force of Verizon Wireless in Lakeway, TX.

I've bought 7 I-Phones from Joseph (and Joseph only) in the past 3 years. I have a wife and 3 boys who always have accidents with their phones......each one of them, including wife MARY today< only knows they go to Joseph to handle all and any issue. And he did of course.....this guy knows what is important to customer and handles it like a pro.....every time. I should know.

It's good to have a "go to guy" in any trade.......ours is Joseph Medrano for anything Verizon Wireless. I have 4 phones on my account and can't be bothered with overpaying or getting ripped off. No other retail carrier has someone like Joseph that handles a family like ours in a way that makes us feel that comfortable. My youngest boy Donovan had some issues with his phone recently. He asked me " should I just go to Joseph and let him handle....I like him".....Yes of course.

Everyone needs a "go to" guy in retail. Joseph Medrano is our man. Verizon Wireless?....lucky to have that dude.
