Delicious as always. Very kind people. I accidentally ordered sooner than I could pick up the food, gave them a call and they were very helpful to keep my food warm. When I went in the lady with short salt and pepper hair re made my flatbread as soon as I told her that I called in earlier (very nice of her to do that without me asking) it was the best chicken chipotle flatbread I’ve had. Will keep coming back. I appreciate it

Our work group orders here on a regular basis. We all love the acai bowls. Once, there was an issue with the delivery, but the delivery company and Tropical Smoothie sent a refund right away. This location is better than the one on 20th Street. Also, we order so often that they ran out of fruit, the manager went to a local store, picked up the items and made our acai bowls. We appreciate everyone here!!

Yesterday my office ordered lunch from this location and there were several alarming mistakes made with the order. I reached out to the manager with my concerns and she asked if she could make it right. We allowed her to make it right and got a redo of the order for the next day. The manager Deborah took it upon herself to make sure she delivered the order herself. Even though the original order was a mess the manager fixed it and that says a lot more than the messed up order. Thank you for great customer service.

Love the smoothies. prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and the reward program comes in handy when you got points to use.

Great healthy smoothies! A nice variety of flavors. And a fantastic selection of delicious sandwiches. This place is kept really clean. I usually wait for the page of Coupons they put in the mailbox flyers you get on Wednesdays. Really good buys for both sandwiches and drinks with the coupons. Then I can buy twice as much! Love this place.

I ordered my food and then realized I had forgotten to tell them about my dariy allergy, I told the women working the counter, Wanda, she was so nice about it and fixed my issue immediately. She was so friendly and all of the staff were very efficient! Definitely a great experience!

I've never eaten here but the food looks amazing and healthy. I always have smoothie's with whey protein and flax seed. They have a very wide variety of food and smoothie's. Nice polite staff. Very clean nice atmosphere. If I'm in a hurry I can order and pay over the phone.

Stopped in for the Detox Island Green Smoothie at just 180 calories and it's delicious. Unfortunately 5 hours later I discover that I had left my wallet on the pick up counter. Yikes. I went back and they asked my last name before going into the back to retrieve it for me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to a great smoothie store.

The staff has really improved. I recommend calling ahead about 15 minutes to cut the line! Great tasting smoothies.

I love the peanut butter paradise smoothie, If you love peanut butter and bananas you should try it. The staff is always quick and friendly.

There food is very healthy perfect for calorie counting never had a bad experience with them the wait can take a bit but for perfection you can’t put a time on it will eat here forever thank you tropical smoothie cafe.

Wanda working the resister was more than wonderful, her customer service exceeded the expectations, she needs to be in charge of training and needs a raise ASAP! I will be back to see her !
