Diver Surfside Cafe

Amazing! Such a fun environment, the staff is friendly and the food is incredible. Highly recommend the coconut bowl, so so good, the avocado toast is amazing and gluten free! Being gf is frustrating sometimes but I appreciate the options they offer! The breakfast burrito is everything I expect a bfast burrito to be. Sit out on the balcony upstairs and enjoy! Definitely will be coming back.

I love Diver’s welcoming space, staff and vibe. That and the view are the cherry to top their great selection of foods and drinks. I can get a delicious tasting coffee that looks just as awesome too! I’ve gone through their entire brunch menu and love it all. Recommend!

Stopped in for breakfast while in town and Diver Surfside did not disappoint! I ordered the burrito and a tea latte and my fiancee got the avocado toast and a coffee. Everything was excellent 👌. Great spot to relax with some food or a drink, get a little work done, or grab something before strolling the beach. Will 100% be going back.

Super cool and chill coffee shop that also offers great food choices and many different seating options. The interior has a nice and clean minimalistic style that more coffee shops should take note of. The staff is friendly and they bring the food or drinks to where you sit.

We got oat milk lattes and they were made very well! We are looking forward to coming back and trying their açaí bowls along with more lattes. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a nice chill coffee shop to relax at and not feel cluttered like most other coffee shops in the area.

A lovely gem tucked away at the coast! They have a decent selection of breakfast items and very fresh juice and bowl options. The staff is always super friendly and makes each visit feel like home. It’s a must visit every time we are close.

Okay, this place is awesome. Their food is delicious, juice on site(also delicious), plus they have some pretty good views of the new bridge and intercoastal waterway. Awesome people who work there as well, they were very attentive and all smiles. Made for a good outing before work

Big fan of this place for breakfast when we're down at Topsail. Close, crisp and delish. I usually go with something savory, and my partner usually does a yogurt or smoothie bowl.

This little place rocks for breakfast, coffee is legit, açaí bowls are unique and refreshing. I personally love the breakfast burrito! The interior design is awesome and the view outside is equally stunning. Great place for breakfast, now we just need to try lunch and dinner!

Love this cute Scandinavian style coffee shop!! Their black coffee, coconut bowl, and bacon, egg, & cheese croissant were very good and I can’t wait to try all of their açaí bowls!

Diver Surfside Cafe was my favorite spot while visiting Surf City! I went for lunch and did takeout breakfast the next day. The açaí bowl and the half twist bowls were so delicious and fresh! My family loved the coffee, almond croissants, and avocado toast. The space itself has such a cool feel and aesthetic. To top it off, the team was so helpful and friendly!

This place is amazing. Every food item, coffee, and smoothie was impressive; we were there three times and got different things each time. The staff is friendly and the environment is lovely. Highly recommend!

Very cute, modern restaurant with great views! There should be more places like this in NC. I love that there is something for most dietary needs. The staff is super friendly too!

My husband and I are picky about coffee because we have our own espresso maker at home, but Diver made our visit out for coffee worth it with the best lattes in a cafe that we’ve ever had.

I got a decaf oat milk latte and my husband got a latte with caramel. The coffees had such complexity of taste and the homemade caramel syrup was amazing.

The staff are friendly and the cafe is beautiful inside with its views, two stories, indoor and outdoor seating and minimalist design. We’re so glad Diver opened at Surf City and look forward to visiting again!

Diver is my favorite coffee shop at Topsail! They have great coffee, REAL food, and fresh juices and smoothies. Some of my favorites are the breakfast burrito with chorizo, muffins, acai bowl, BLAT, and beet juice with ginger and lemon. The staff members are kind and helpful. The views are amazing, too!
And they have strong WIFI, so it's a great place to work.

Happened to be in Surf City and popped into this place for a quick breakfast. So glad I did — had an awesome egg/bacon/avocado breakfast sandwich to go with a cappuccino. Gotta say, that sandwich stayed on my mind for a while! Need to get back to satisfy the craving. Didn't get to stay long, but it had a cool vibe, and the deck they're building on the second floor should be a great scene when it opens.

Always love coming here. Such a pleasant and inspiring environment - not to mention the amazing coffee, fresh juices, and delicious breakfast options. A great way to start your morning in Surf City is to walk or bike over the beautiful bridge and stop in. Small businesses like the Diver Surfside Cafe make Surf City such a special place to be.

Been going to Diver consistently since they opened. Amazing coffee and food in a great location. Easily one of the best spots to chill in Surf City (and beyond). Also, was cool to connect with the owner and realize he’s also from Nashville, TN. Hope this place continues to stick around for a while.
