I have had two situations where I needed assistance with purchasing the correct part and installing it on my GMC Yukon truck. Oscar has been awesome.
He helped me, was so courteous and took some extra time to help me understand more about cars.
Plus, all my other auto expert friends always recommend O’Reilly auto parts for their quality and ease of installation.
I highly recommend this location, intersection South, Buckley and Mexico in Aurora with any car issue. And definitely ask to speak with Oscar, because he is the man.

The staff here are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to top off the antifreeze in my Jeep and check the battery in my car and Oscar helped with both by identifying which brand of antifreeze is used by the manufacturer. I really appreciate the staff here.

Leroy is the best! He helped me change my battery and was so nice!! He answered any questions I had and even taught me how to do it for next time.

Leroy was very helpful with helping me find the correct parts for my 300zx and suggesting tips to help me remove the part of the vehicle. Give that man a raise

Employee named Jose was a huge help when I came in with my work van.
Told him my oil light popped on even though I got an oil change 5 days ago.
He went out check my oil on the dip stick and advised that there may have been TOO much oil added.
Very Big help he was.

Really good place to find vehicle parts

I went in to O'Reilly's because I was having issues with my Super Start Platinum 51R battery that I had bought back in February. Even though my order was placed online, which made it difficult to track from the local store, the manager was able to help me out. They directed me to the nearest store that had a replacement available and even called the store to let them know the issue and to reserve a battery for me. Since the battery was still under warranty, I was able to get a brand new battery replacement for free! Thanks, team!

They loaned me a tool for free, whereas Auto Zone wanted to charge me $11 !!! They also gave me great advice about a different repair I needed, saving me diagnostive costs. I love this place.

Friendly/helpful employees. Yesterday I bought some pliers to remove a broken ignition coil and dielectric grease for my new ignition coils when I changed my spark plugs.

Today I was asked if I needed help finding something (because I was wondering around and looked confused) they helped me find a windshield cover and a scraper for the big snow we're getting tonight.

Staff were knowledgeable and presented me with options on pricing to save some money. I find this place is typically very good on having my chevy and dodge parts in stock

In and out. Friendly gentleman has helped the last few times, but today it was a nice lady. The store is always clean and customer service is great. Last this place is never busy and always has plenty of inventory.

Kimberly the manager was very helpful to me today. (Thanks Kimberly!) I was told my battery was bad before I came to O'Reilly. Kimberly went out of her way to test it before I bought the battery. Turns out it was my alternator, so didn't need to buy the battery. She then put on my new windshield wipers, and gave me a recommendation for a mechanic I can trust. As a woman who has often been lied to about car stuff, I highly value such integrity and great service. I will be back.

Went in for a windshield wiper. Got what I needed but they don't have the guide on the floor. So if they are busy you can't just grab what you need, you have to wait in line for a cashier to look it up. Other then that, pretty standard auto parts place. Staff was friendly, I was greeted when I walked in. Was helped quickly and efficiently.

Get the parts you need when you need them. O'Reilly's provide great service with a smile team is happy to help anyone who walks in the door. Facilities kept clean parking lot could use a little bit of a touch-up. Always happy to come in and see these individuals and get a part for someone's car I'm working on

I purchased a battery out of state 2 years ago. I assumed there would still be part of a warranty left. So I brought it back to my local O'Reilly's. The manager, Kimberly actually called the store in California that I purchased the battery from in order to get the warranty information. Excellent customer service! This is why I go to O'Reilly's.
