The UPS Store

It is easy to overlook people and places like this. I went in today with three different, but similar Amazon returns. Three versions, three return situations, three packaging requirements. The staff was super patient, professional and helpful. People in their position can make or break your day. These guys made mine.

My representative (Dylan) sp? was extremely helpful and kind. I had many double-sided pages to fax. He did it all for me with a smile on his face and while also waiting on other customers at the same time.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very thankful I can send my returning Amazon from this UPS. The staff I have encountered there have been very pleasant and work as fast as a customer allows them to. Very efficient.

I just went there today with a dropoff return that actually pertained to the post office, regardless the young man at the counter was very helpful, he offered to print out the return label, even sealed the bag and put the label himself and didn't charge a cent for his time and service. Needless to say I will come back to this location when I need to.

Drop off returns for Amazon, etc are fast and easy. No hassle.

Good people at UPS Store Shawnee. If you show up with a smile, watch the smiles return in kind.

I had the store assist with picking up, packing, and shipping a number of auction items, some of which were quite large, and others quite fragile. Terry and his staff were very attentive and communication was excellent. Outstanding professional service all around.

The Western Shawnee UPS Store is great! I've had a business mailbox there for the past 15+ years and have never had an issue with receiving mail or packages safely and securely. I have also used their printing, packaging and mailing services and have always been satisfied. Pam and her staff are friendly and I never have to wait for help. Highly recommend!

As a professional graphic artist I provide my clients with the highest level of professional printing (magazine quality). When clients miss the deadline for my printer, I can always count on Monticello UPS to complete the work on short notice, full color, double sided, sometimes glossy, with a nice cut down service. I've never had to request work be reprinted. Its always as promised at a very reasonable price. Our church also uses Monticello UPS for last minute props for their plays and often the Sunday service programs, mounted posters, large scale banners, etc. I normally do not give reviews because I too am a vendor, but I cannot miss the opportunity to praise Monticello UPS and the owner, Pam Cooper. She and her employees are their to help, not sell. Which is really a nice change from name brand printers. If I miss measured the layout for a quick turnaround piece they will let me know and give me the choice to stop production and I rework the design or continue on. It is that kind of customer service that I too like to provide. The first time I worked with Pam on a job was a very sensitive piece. It was a funeral program for infant twins. She was caring and respectful and printed the programs for free. I know the family really appreciated it. As did I. We've been working together ever since. Its obvious to me that Pam loves to provide exceptional service. Perhaps that's why she has more than three stores. Thank you Pam for making my work shine!

Excellent business. Superior service. I will go to this UPS store even if I have to ship through a different provider.
They have printing, and help and advise you through that process.
They have, in stock, great packaging products at killer prices.
THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE AWESOME. Seriously.

The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient, but they helped me so much when I had a problem with my document. Their extra efforts were such a great surprise when I picked up completed work, and not the cut and paste project I planned for. The color and quality is always vibrant and much better than my printer - even when it is full of new ink. The posters at this location are always fantastic and inexpensive, too.

I have worked with the Shawnee UPS Store since it opened. The staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous. They offer a variety of services which cater to small business as well as the local shipper using UPS. I know quite a few people who work with this particular location and have always offered positive feedback. Glad we have a great local business supporting our Western Shawnee Community.

I use this UPS Store location for all my work printing. They are very helpful and speedy with every print job I have. I also love that they offer suggestions of other ways to print the job to reduce the costs. Everyone in this office is very friendly and professional. I've worked with this Shawnee UPS for years...Great Quality Work and have established a great business/friendship with staff through many different jobs...cards that I resell to the public, business proposals, full color to b/w and more. Love the "copier account" where I can prepay and save and quickly take care of payment.

The staff is very friendly and supportive all the time. They have good advice and more services than I thought for a small business like mine. Not just the technology for the "immediate" needs like signs/copies, but real business services. They also run specials which really help.

As great service for this UPS store. I've been going there for years. I drive right by the Post Office to have UPS take care of me. Pam and her staff are friendly and always willing to assist you.
