Freida's Bakery and Provisions

Went to check it out and boy were we surprised! A good artisan bakery with decent coffee was long overdue. All those mornings I’ve wasted on all those bad cups of coffee I’ve paid for. THANK YOU! The baked goods are very well done. Flaky croissants, almond croissant was so soft and fluffy! They have great items to choose from, scones, cinnamon buns, morning buns, etc. it’s worth the drive up to the Hammock.

Charming little bakery packed with goodies. Wanted some excellent sour dough bread and we found the perfect location. Ended up buying much more than the breads, and happy to do so.
The sour dough culture has been used for the last 30 years!!! Come hear the history of this gem and the owners. Right now, only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10-4pm. We got lucky and so did our relatives receiving the loafs from us!

The women in my family invited me mostly for company. I knew basically nothing about this quaint little eatery on A1A but I enjoyed it as much as everyone else. The owner has done a nice job in setting up outside seating to accommodate those who want to sit in the shaded cabanas, under a palm tree, in the sun or in an outdoor living room! Though not a coffee drinker and admittingly ignorant of all the selections, there was enough variety of unique bakery, sandwiches, snack meats, etc to help me enjoy the exp. If looking for a snack or unique experience, this is yiur spot. However, get their early for sandwiches and bakery. Its not made to order. The 2-3 sandwiches of the day are cut from one one large pre-made original and when they are out, they are out! (I got their last portion remaining at 1:30p). We will definitely be back.

Remember that "Comparison is the thief of Joy".... dont compare all these ubique little local establishments. Just enjoy them for the smiles and surprise as you experience it.

Freida’s Bakery and Provisions is an evocative, must stop for made fresh daily sandwiches, sourdough, and more. You can taste the difference crafted by a labor of love, and their cafe selections are superb. A nice welcome addition to the Hammock, and always a good choice.

I would give it 10 stars if possible. The gruyere and ham croissant was a top 10 bite of my life. The way the salty ham hits your pallet and at the same time the gruyere is oozing out and combining with the flaky croissant. We also purchased a morning muffin which I would describe as churro meets muffin, chocolate croissant and an onion and rosemary focaccia. Of course they all hit it out of the park. I plan on making a blue cheese spread for the focaccia. Hours and days are very limited so get yourself there early when they open before they sell out.

Popped in here shortly before they closed today and was lucky enough to get a couple of handmade pains au chocolate and a sample of the onion bread. Both were absolutely gorgeous, freshly baked, wonderful textures and flavours.
There was also a tempting selection of gourmet foods. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
Will be going back very soon for a coffee and more delicious baking!

The best Almond Croissant I've found since leaving Orlando 4 years ago. Beautifully crafted laminated pastries and breads!!! I can't wait to try all of their other offerings. I see this becoming a regular place for me!

Finally! A place with incredibly fresh, high quality breads and pastries. This is exactly what Palm Coast needed. Delicious croissants, fluffy sour dough and the best of all the focaccia. I may gain 50 pounds with a bakery this good in town 🤤. Highly reccomend!

Finally a fantastic bakery selling fabulous fresh bread and pastry’s . The gluten free lemon blueberry scone is just amazing and equally mouthwatering is the almond croissant . It was busy today as word is getting out .. a new perfect spot for a coffee and a taste of heaven . Thank you and well done to you all and we look forward to returning every week

Just what palm coast needed! Amazing bakery, everything was delicious and perfectly done! Will be back.

This is a great neighborhood bakery. Best Baking goods. We were there a few times for breakfast, nice setting and cozy atmosphere with a lot of outdoor seating. Can’t wait for the restaurant to open as well.

If you want freshly baked breads and pastries and the best coffee on the east side of the Hammock Dunes bridge, look no further! Expect a line, but so worth it.

Loved the pastries & lattes. Small place, limited inside seating but there are seats outside if it's nice.

Incredible!!! Price and Gino were wonderful, the coffee was great, and the provisions, what a selection. I wish they would open in Miami Beach.

Loved the cinnamon roll and cheddar scallion biscuit. Definitely coming back soon to try more!
