The UPS Store

I went into the store and there was a long line. It actually would have gone out the door but we all circled around the back as it was chilly out. The staff moved us through the line at a rapid pace without compromising their efficiency. Also, we were reminded that they were working hard to get us moving as quickly as possible.

Just had an amazing experience at this UPS store 250 Palm Coast.
Elena and Dona helped us out to ship a large package and priced us extremely fair and helped wrap the large box. Second to none customer service and they were the sweetest ladies.

This is the fourth time that I went to this location. Elena waited on me each time. She is so nice and very knowledgeable. It's hard to find good customer service but this location gets a 10. Thank you Elena.

I was in the store on October 9 and was waiting in line as things were getting busy. Behind the counter, Elena told us that she would be with us as soon as she finished helping someone. She smiled when she said it and I thought to myself that it’s been a long time since I was treated this nicely!

This place never lets me down. The staff is friendly, patient and always able to keep the line moving, if there even is a line. Elena was exceptionally patient with us today as we just popped in to get a lot of things notarized. We wanted to time it so that we did not hold anyone else up as we are aware it is the beginning of the Holiday shipping season, but Elena was very thorough, patient, pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done with all that we had. We love this place!

I always find it to be very convenient to drop off returns, or ship packages

I was impressed with the staff at this UPS Store. I had a package to deliver but had difficulty with the shipping code for the company receiving the package. The staff was patient and worked with me to get the right shipping code in place and the package out the door. Vicki was especially helpful and resourceful in getting things together and in gear. 5 Stars well deserved.

I have to use the store quite often and I had nothing but professional experience. Every time I go there I have the pleasure of a young lady named Elena. Elena is very eager to help you get your work done and move on. We use this location very often to send out t-shirt orders to customers who are unable to come pick up or are out of state. Every interaction with Donna and every staff member has been nothing but pleasant and professional. I am amazed to see one star reviews here by customers who felt that they were entitled to free service!

Arrived here at 6:25 pm, door was locked. Business hours are clearly marked as open till 6:30 right next to the door. Individual inside the store refused to open the door even to talk to me, and was extremely rude. Both me and another customer trying to drop off a letter were denied entry during normal buisness hours. This paints a very negative image for UPS as a company that supposedly cares about getting your packages delivered on time. I am a small business owner that ships thousands of dollars worth of labels every year through UPS, this is not how business should be handedled at a UPS store. When the store hours are listed as open till 6:30 they should NEVER be locked a second before that time. In the past I have had great experiences with the staff here but not today. Just because this individual wanted to get off early now has had a direct negative impact on my business.

Edit- revised review to 5 stars. Spoke with the manager and she assured me it would not happen again. Thanks for the prompt response!

We went in with 3 different transactions and the gentleman helping us was very helpful and professional. The service was quick and great.

Dona is a life saver. I had left my handbag at a nearby restaurant but had already arrived in Orlando. Panicked, I knew that UPS Stores can perform miracles and they did! They retrieved my purse, packed and shipped it. It arrived at my next destination the next day. The entire time keeping in touch with me to make sure everything was in my purse. As a store owner myself, I know this store owner should be very proud of Dona for her kind and efficient service to someone she actually never even saw! Thanks again Dona!

I brought in an unusual gift of a yarn bouquet with balls of yarn, flowers, knitting needles and a large expensive vase to be shipped North along with other odd items all in one box. Howard did a fantastic job packing and everything was delivered in one piece and intact. Thank you! Great job UPS...
