Staff was friendly and helpful. Greeted right away. I needed some tape to seal my box better and She went over my tape to give it a more secure seal. Quick in and out on a busy holiday shipping day.

I have had several successful and quick trips at this location. Trustworthy and reliable staff.

They REALLY helped me here. I was new to town. I didn't even have a mailing address. My tags expired on my vehicle. I needed an address to receive my new vehicle registration cards and tags. They let me receive it here as a one-time courtesy without charging me $. I REALLY appreciate their service.

I had to drop by to return something for Amazon and the lady in front of me had NO clue what she was doing with a box full of Amazon returns, and she just had to tell her whole life story. The two young men working the front of the store were so kind, helpful and professional. They worked quickly to help everyone.

I love the energy of the new staff! I’ve been coming to this UPS for years, within the past few months the new members are so upbeat and I always leave with a smile on my face from their humor. Go Kennedy, Bri, and Anthony! You are the definition of how customer service should be.

Was able to be in and out with my Amazon return package. Have not had an issue with service and the employee was nice!

Received excellent service. They packed my breakable goods in a manner that insured their safe delivery cross country which offered me peace of mind. As an out of town visitor needing to ship a package that day, found their customer service quick, competent, and trustworthy.

This is the second year I have used this UPS location to print posters for the Lawrence Art Guild's Art in the Park. They went out of their way to be helpful and did a beautiful job. Making sure to deliver a product we could be proud of. They were able to print a 12X18 full color poster (which I couldn't find anyplace else - standard is 11X17) and this slightly larger size helped our posters stand out. Cameron knew exactly who I was and why I was there and worked with me endlessly to figure out glitches in sending the images I needed to have printed. Making sure the color was just right and giving suggestions that improved the product. Tyler runs a very professional business and really wants to work with you to get what you need. I will use them again for all of my printing needs.

This place has fabulous service, attentive staff and folks who are ready to help. Great attitude and assistance from John who saved me during a work crisis. Totally my go-to spot when i need to print/scan anything or ship in a hurry. Easy access location.

I use this store for my copying needs. Machines are always working great, staff helps me if I have a request. I use a copy account and the staff remembers my name. A+ store.

Excellent every time! Nice helpful worker's! In my opinion if you rate this store low it's probably your fault you had a problem.

A woman was being very loud and very rude. The workers did a very good job of handling her.
