The moment you walk through the doors you’re greeted by smiling faces with a friendly “Hello.” The food I ordered were very delicious! All the food is made from from scratch, fresh, and authentic! None of that frozen microwave junk that chain restaurants do. All the drinks are delicious. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of it cause my kids drank it all up. The Vietnamese coffee is phenomenal. Vietnamese coffee is actually stronger than regular coffee… you can google it. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Thank you Zen and Ginger for always serving great tasting food and drinks.

I really liked it there! The woman who was taking orders was super nice and patient! I wasn't sure what I wanted to try and asked a lot of questions, and she kindly answered all of them!
I enjoyed their white mocha bubble tea!

Never had boba tea at a shop before. We really liked it. Came on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy. Got mild popcorn chicken and it was also really good. Like that it wasn’t super loud. Definitely coming back. Nice employees.

Stopped in for lunch. Had a delicious fried tofu appetizer and fresh hot pork bánh mì. Superb all the way. Will be back to try one of their many incredible varieties of bobas 🧋!

Awesome Bobba tea! Delicious flavors and so many options! Not to mentions they also sell pastries, sandwiches and fresh espressos & coffee.

I highly recommend the honeydew with regular black tapioca pearls milk tea. Incredibly refreshing in the Florida heat!

The interior is nice and modern. Cleanliness needs a little attention. But each time I have come in, they have been very busy.

Next time I will try an espresso and a pastry, then a sandwich. Can’t wait!

Cozy, clean cafe with excellent boba. The owner answered my many questions and helped me craft an absolutely delicious pineapple milk tea with pomegranate boba. My husband had the Jaycee special which he loved. We will definitely be back.

Update: Tried their Taro Tea Milk Boba w/oolong tea and tapioca pearls.. needed to add ice as I like mine really cold but it was very very good. Same enthusiasm and happiness again! Still in a soft Opening as they figure it all out I guess.

We happened upon their soft opening. Staff was great and so excited to be opening soon. Boba was very flavorful and you could mix and match things. The pearls were off.. not sure I can explain it. For the first day I give it five stars .. they will hopefully figure it out as it has lots of promise!

Cozy atmosphere, clean and bright interior, cheesecake was amazing and coffee was perfect ... Aren't enough star to give them

Zen & Ginger is a cute coffee shop with different types of drinks plus they have lunch & desserts! We only had the drinks & they were high quality coffee drinks that we will definitely coming back!!! Clean, very cute interior design & decorations! The service was amazing!!!

If your looking for boba and delicious Asian snacks, this is the spot! As service is affected by covid, the quality of their dishes stays amazing. The owner is knowledgeable in his craft so don't shy away from asking for recommendations.
They are also on Grubhub and Ubereats for anyone not looking to dine at the location.
Locally owned small business, def. my new favorite spot for boba in Jacksonville!

Stopped in for the first time today to try some milk teas and was not disappointed! We tried the taro and brown sugar flavors. Very good flavors and good quality Boba as well. Next time I will probably order mine “half sweet” just because they are very sweet. Clean shop and friendly service. I will be back to try some food!

it’s very good! i got strawberry milk tea with regular boba and my friend got mango tea with peach pearls. the staff are very kind and have never messed up my order! love this place! ❤❤

Had the wonton soup, French fries and Thai milk tea. food was very delicious and the staff was very nice. The fries are crunchy and crispy which I love!
I’d recommend calling ahead if you’re on a timed lunch just so you’d eat without rushing.
Other than that very great!

loved this boba soooo much!! i had the honey milk tea w/ tapioca and it was awesome. the cups are so cute:) there were a ton of topping options and also a ton of flavors! the one thing i didnt like was that the signature drinks (such as the brown sugar milk tea) couldnt have milk alternatives in them because they were pre made. oh well!! still loved my honey milk tea. <3

This place has really good boba! I’ve tried the Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, brown sugar boba, taro milk tea, and their passion fruit tea. There are so many options but I’ve enjoyed each one that I’ve tried. The atmosphere is really nice as well, perfect place to sit and chat awhile. Definitely recommend! More people should know about this place!

This Cafe is to die for, The staff there was so friendly and cheerful also, the onset owner goes out of his way to make sure your satisfied with your visit. I highly recommend this place.

I've had nothing but great experiences the few times I came here so far, and I'm glad that there's a place like this on 210 for when I come and visit my folks. Based on the reviews it seems like they might have had some growing pains with the service, but I encourage you to look past that, as their focus is clearly on making their teas and food as delicious as possible. The prices and atmosphere are great too.

We ordered a blended Mocha Moon and a brown sugar milk tea with espresso from their newly released coffee menu ! They were delicious! They were the perfect combination! The staff is always helpful. We go often and have always had great experiences! Highly recommend.
