Elle is great!! We accidentally called her at the wrong store and said that we needed to buy something really quick and it was 5:58 pm (they close at 6 pm) and thinking we were in the same shopping center parking lot, just two minutes away. We arrived at the store at 6:01 pm, however to the wrong store thinking Elle would be there; we had called the wrong store!! The store at we actually arrived at at Culebra/1604, at 6:01 pm, refused to help us through the locked door. When we called Elle back to apologize and she kindly spent 10 min to inform us and helped us with an online delivery order. We didn’t even know Leslie’s had online delivery. Wow!!! As business owners, we know Elle is the kind of employee that makes a customer experience memorable! Thanks Elle!

Not very crowded habit everything that I needed and of course the free water testing is always appreciated

I went to have my water tested at this location a day before a big birthday party on July the 3rd. My pool was green and cloudy and was not hopeful my pool would be ready for my guests . The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional, she recommended in detail what I needed to get my pool clear. I went back today on July 4th and spoke to the same person manager Gabby to express my gratitude because what she recommended did work and my pool was ready for family and friends to enjoy. I have been coming to this location for a couple of years and they always get my pool back in shape. Highly recommend this location.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Leslie's Pool in Bulverde. Gabbie De La Torre, the manager, and her staff are top rate. They know their business. Gabbie especially goes the extra mile to solve problems and she follows-up. When she is not there, the other employees do a great job. This is refreshing and not the case in other pool supply places I have used, especially in San Antonio. Gabbie is still my "go to" person if she is in the store. I recently purchased a new, expensive Polaris that was first generation from Leslie Pools. It is a game changer in sweeping pools. That said, after a couple of months a part broke and was replaced but was still not working correctly and Gabbie had to repair it a couple of more times. She was instrumental in having Leslie Pool agree to provide me with a new Polaris that had just come out with several parts that had been upgraded due to parts failures on the first generation model. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the new parts were available in stores. In summary, I have found Gabbie and her crew to be very responsive, helpful and they always follow-up. I have also observed a new trend in the Buldverde area of new people moving into the area that bring a certain amount of rudeness and disrespect when I have been in stores out here, Gabbie and her employees always go the extra mile to try to service those kinds of customers, which is a testament to their professionalism. I don't often write reviews on Google. Has to be pretty good or pretty bad service for me to do it. In this case, Leslie's Pool in Bulverde is worth the effort.

Gabbie and Andrea are awesome!! I take my water to them once a week and my pool always looks great!! They are very knowledgeable and patient with my dumb questions.

I have been a customer for years and love Gabbi! She is very helpful and knows her stuff. I recommend her to anyone that is needing a go to pool person.
