AT&T Store

Kevin Williams saved my life at the AT&T Gloucester Outlet. I came into his store after two hours with tech support over the phone and in five he was able to get my phone up and running in no time. He should be the supervisor of tech support. Did his job quickly without headache. I can go home happy!!! Thank you Kevin for your awesome professionalism and customer service. You made my week!!!

Jacob took care of me and I have never been so happy with customer service at AT&T. The last few times I’ve gone in store, I’ve had terrible experiences until i met Jacob. He was so patient and understanding of the issues i was having with my bill and my phone. He assured me he’d handle it and he got it done in a very timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend asking for Jacob the next time you have to stop in. He’s the sweetest and most professional

This should be a 1 star review for AT&T. If it wasn’t for an employee who helped me, I’d be a Verizon customer right now. His name was a Chris Hayes. Let just say that tech support (via phone call) was absolutely horrible. Chris took matters into his own hands and solved our issues. Thanks again Chris.

Kevin and Monica were awesome. I walked in and they were able to help identify and help me with my problem immediately. All the reviews that say the employees aren't good,simply are not true. Thank you Gloucester Premium Outlets AT&T!

Jocob was Amazing!! He was so flexible, friendly, went above and beyond to help me with my phone …which was super old and damaged but he and Monica helped with my phone upgrade and transferring my phone!! I will definitely come back to this site!!

Our AT&T representative Alex was super friendly, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to take care of us. He made the visit very pleasant, which isn't always the case. Although we didn't directly deal with the other representatives that were in the store. They were all very helpful and considerate to the other customers and each other. If I could give more stars I would, but 5 is the limit. 👍👍

I came in looking to add a line and purchase some accessories. I had the pleasure of dealing with Monica. She was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Monica is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back for all my cellular and accessory needs.

Monica was very kind, respectful, and professional. I was having trouble getting my phone to turn on after my son dropped it on the power button. She was very quick and informative on how she fixed my issue.

The staff is very knowledgeable as well as very professional! Wait time is minimal!! When a purchase is made, the staff helps to activate your merchandise then explains your product usage in great detail.

I went the store and the store to upgrade my phone and when I immediately walked in I was greeted and told I wanted to upgrade my phone. The rep walk me thru the process which was fast and easy

My husband and I just made the switch to AT&T from another carrier. We didn’t even know there was an AT&T corporate store in the outlets which was super convenient. All the employees were so nice and friendly. Omar, Jesse, and Destiny are top notch employees. We’ll definitely be going to them for all our future cell phone needs.

Mark did an excellent job helping my stepdaughter transfer her account. The process took some time, but went well because this gentleman was extremely accommodating.

After3 days of calling At&T and not getting anywhere, I went to this location. In 15 minutes, Darius had my phones that I purchased as presents working and my phone plan changed. This is the second time I went to this location and I was helped tremendously after receiving no help at the Deptford Mall location. I have referred others to the Premium Outlet location because of their superior knowledge and VERY helpful associates.

Phill was wonderful! Great service overall. He was friendly, personable, extremely helpful and prompt. We were in and out in no time, and kindly answered all of our questions and concerns throughout our visit. Would recommend visiting for your cellular needs!
