T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I'm sure the lower rating was due to tmobile customer service not this location. I have been trying to get a refund from tmobile since september, I called customer service 3 times and have gone to 2 others stores. I Had the great fortune of having David manager from this store help me today, thankfully. He fiquired it out and finally helped me find out what was going on

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Tim . He was truly helpful and did a great job helping me and my husband set up some new phones. Very friendly and was so patient with all our questions.

Update 1/31/2024
Today went in to get my new phone hooked up and was lucky to have Tim help us again. He truly is one of a kind and does such a great job and is really helpful and friendly. I do have to say any other visits I've made to this Perrysburg location I have had nothing but helpful customer service from every employee I've come into contact with. Always professional and always willing to help with all my questions. I'm sorry I didn't get the salesman's name who helped us order the phones he was super helpful as well.
Thankful when I go to this store I feel like they will take care of my phone issues with ease.

When Zach and his manager( not sur of his name), was there waiting to help. we had a really bad experience in Michigan and we were here in Ohio to visit a concert. immediately, They both got on line and helped us with everything we needed. They both were really good very kind and very patient!! We can not say enough WONDERFUL things About these 2. They were very knowledgeable we just want to make sure they get a great review and let Everybody else out there to know that they're willing to help in any way they can and they are

Tim was such a big help. I went in to browse prices to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Tim helped me get the most for my trade in and got me a great deal on a new iPhone. The process went perfectly. He helped me not only transfer my existing number over, but also all of my data from my old phone to my new phone. He answered every question I had and it was an incredible and professional experience. Give this man a raise!

Awesome experience at this location especially to my professional salesman Asst. MGR Blaise. He went way beyond the call to make sure I was completely satisfied with him reloading my contacts and apps. I'm a professional salesman and I totally recommend this location and his services. Brian went above and beyond to take care of a major problem I was having with Sprint. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience to get things done, and get them done correctly.

All three gentlemen working there were respectful and professional. I would recommend anyone with any problem with Sprint to come to this store.

I had a wonderful experience at the sprint store on Fremont. Brian G. and Justin L. were very nice, courteous, professional, and answered every question my girlfriend and I had. Easy to say they really knew their stuff when it came to phones and plans. They were also pretty quick with the whole process. The thing that stuck out the most to me was their willingness to work with us on prices for cases for our overly priced phones. All in all it was surprisingly a good experience. After a bad experience with another company we switched back to Sprint. They've been awesome in everyday. Unlimited everything at a great price. We even added a fifth line at no extra charge. The Perrysburg staff are all super helpful. They even mailed out one of our phones to an out of town family member. I highly recommend!!

Stopped in for a screen protector and Alex took care of me.
I have prepaid screen protector replacement coverage on my phone.
For 2 months I've tried to get it replaced with no luck.
I travel 5 hours one way every 2 weeks and have stopped by a dozen different T-mobile stores.
NOTHING THEY NEVER HELPED ME, ALL THEY TELL ME IS WE WILL ORDER INE AND SEND IT TO YOU.
NEVER HAPPENED IN 2 MONTHS.

ALEX, I POINTED OUT THAT ANOTHER PHONE IS ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME SO HE EXCHANGED MY SCREEN PROTECTOR AND I'M VERY HAPPY.

I do not live in Perrysburg but work nearby so whenever I need to visit a Sprint store I visit this location. Great customer service and they are generally not overly busy so the wait time is zero to minimal compared to other high traffic locations. This location is also a repair center and are again quicker than any other repair location. I would highly recommend this Sprint location for all of your cell needs.

What a great store to stop at for A+ service and over the top helpfulness. Tim is very knowledgeable and we were back on our way quickly. Thanks Tim!

Since I live in Perrysburg, the location is a great convenience. But more than that was the positive experience of the great helpfulness of Chris who is definitely a very valuable asset and should be given much opportunity to grow within the company.

I went to the Sprint store on Fremont place Ryan and Justin went out of their way to get my phone problems fixed lower my bill and it was very efficient very polite very courteous they went above and beyond their jobs stayed after the store was close to help me get my phone situation resolve. Sprint store is a place to go it is located in perrysburg, Fremont pike across the street from Krogers wonderful store is very clean very lighted very colorful a great experience if you are looking for Phone or phone service.

David and Zach are both exceptional employees. They address my concerns and gave me an alternative solution to my challenge. Great work gentleman. A satisfied customer.

All associates were extremely helpful, especially Jake! With a maximum of difficulty, he finally got my phone activated! Two weeks after I received it!

Getting a new phone can be a hassle but at this location they make everything so easy! Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend checking out this sprint.

Great customer service along with much patience we got a great deal and I will continue to use this location for all of my wireless needs. I would recommend this location for switching wireless providers they know what they are doing.

Ryan and Brian were Awesome!! Very courteous and not rude at all. Had some issues in the past with some lackluster employees but they are no longer there.
