Extremely courteous and willingness to explain any repair and even during repairs they’ll explain any variation of the necessary repair as required. Very prompt with appointment time and will definitely return if ever the need arises. Highly recommend Harford Tire!!

These guys are top notch. Wife had a trim nail in her tire. Brought it to harford tire they inspected it and were honest and said it didn’t puncture the tire and it was barely in the tire. They were 100% honest and could have charged me but they didn’t for the labor. Place is very trustworthy and tells you everything truthfully with no surprises. This place is the best.

Very pleased with visit. Exhaust had broken when I stopped in on Monday. Nathan said he could do on Friday. I just left it and got a call on Thursday saying it was finished . Great price and service is why you do my work. Also, Nathan is first rate! Thanks .

Last Friday, I called Harford Tire to inquire about the arrival of the tires I had ordered. Brandon confirmed they were in and mentioned that if I could arrive by 10:30 am, they could install them. This timing was perfect, especially with the ongoing snowfall. While waiting with my 4-year-old, one of the employees kindly brought out a coloring book and crayons to keep my son occupied. Shortly after, I observed another employee assisting a lady by clearing the snow off her car and creating a path to her car door. These individuals at Harford Tire truly go above and beyond for their customers. They were not only fast, friendly, and affordable but also demonstrated exceptional customer service. I'll be sure to recommend Harford Tire to others.

Other than the fact that I found a random valve stem core on my drivers floor which scared me into thinking they forgot to install it… the process for plugging my tire was seamless a speedy. They did a great job in getting my vehicle back to me! Great customer service and good prices!

In Government I’ve been a Program Manager, Deputy Director and Director, I know process, project management, logistics, execution, efficacy and efficiency, everything this organization does from management, sales reps and auto techs, they do exceptionally. I’ve now dealt with Harford tire for a number of years, and they have always gone above and beyond to do what’s right. I had them build a custom exhaust system for a hot rod, and they did an awesome job. Several years later, the spot weld on one of the hangers broke. It may have even been my fault, but they insisted on not charging me for the repair. Recently, we took my wife’s car to the local dealership for service, and while the car was in their care, a nail penetrated one of her tires. The warning lights went off immediately after she picked it up. The dealer said the tire had to be replaced at full cost. I took it to Harford Tire, and they fixed it for a couple of bucks. In both situations they could have profited from my misfortune, but instead, chose to do the right thing. You just don’t find that kind of service anywhere anymore. I highly recommend this business.

The most important review one can give is that they are honest with you and do not take you for rides-Harford tire has this in spades.

I was a new guy 5 years ago….and they treated me the same then as they do now-honestly. I grew up wrenching on my own cars and all their thought processes are the same thing I would have done.

As always, the staff were polite and helpful getting service to my vehicles. The staff proved that repairs are done and advised me when other things didn't need to be done, saving money that didn't need to be spent. They have been servicing all my family vehicles well over ten years!

Called that morning was told to come in at 1pm. They took my car right in replaced the two sensors and I was out of there fast. Everything working fine. Very friendly and helpful, no pressure they tell you what the problem is about what the cost will be and ask do you want to have it done.
