I've gone in to this location many times. Their coffee is really good, hot, and fresh with several varieties to choose from. The store, parking lot and bathrooms are usually clean. Roxanne seems to be the person who is behind the counter the most. She's always smiling and very friendly. I love stopping in here.

Beware when you purchase things from the coolers, make sure you check the expiration date. I notified the manager (owner) of some things that were over one month expired that I was about to buy. I come back three weeks later and they are still there for sale.

***Update***
My experience tonight was beyond excellent, the gentleman at the cashier was very friendly. My girlfriend and I were having our anniversary night and she wanted one of the big beanie babies they had for sale, he knocked off $5.00 just to be a good guy, best customer service I have gotten at a convenience store.

The cashier was so pleasant and friendly. The service was efficient and fast. Roxanne is always a pleasure to see when I stop in. Thank you.

Every time I go here Roxanne is working and she’s nothing but helpful and very friendly! She is awesome need more employees like her !

Service is iffy depending on who is on shift but the facility is dirty and bathrooms are disgusting.

I guess at this store it’s not guaranteed fresh at this store. Asked the clerk for a couple cans of dip and he threw them on the counter I asked him if they were in date and he said yes without even looking at them. They were 10 months out of date. I told him they’re almost a year out of date and he just looked at me say it’ll be 7 dollars. I opened it up and it’s completely dried up. I told him I wasn’t taking it and he said I opened it I have to take it. I asked him what happens if I get sick from year out of date tobacco and he said not his problem don’t open the product. I payed for it and left it alone. Chris is a horrible clerk and when I asked for his managers name and number he refused to give it to me. Horrible customer service. Stay away from here.

Beware, the cashier will not give you your full change back. Count your change before leaving. He is an older foreigner guy, and will you attitude if you ask for your exact change back.

My husband bought a strawberry milk today, January 2. Got home and was about to drink it, expiration date is December 19.

Every now and then I have to stop here for fuel and non of them ever have any paper to print my receipt. Make me have to go inside. Also at least one pump is down at any given time. Cashier give me the stink eye because he has to cut his cigarette break short just to give me my receipt. Will try to avoid this place.

Attendant was rude and told me he didn't have time to explain the rules about the mega lottery. i asked what the difference was between $4 for 2 tickets and $6. spent more time complaining about customers coming in and wanting him to explain... plus, very grubby looking homeless looking person. not a good image of 7-11.

The older guy Carl working in this store needs to be fired asap. The most rude customer service if you don’t like your job then find another place to work. But don’t go to work with a attitude being rude to customers.
I will be filling a complaint with corporate to get this guy fired he is a danger to customer.
