Love Shack

Never really been into one of these stores before and just recently started to explore with my partner. Kat actually sat me down and talked to me about what I would be comfortable trying and the tools what would be necessary to do so. She is probably the sweetest human being I've ever met and definitely made me more confident in my bedroom journeys. Thank you so much Chica! I'll def be back and hope to see you there!

Kristen is amazing!!!! She was super good we came in for one thing and she took us through the shop and took the time to go through every product we were interested in! Sold us on a couple of investment buys! Absolutely amazing!!!! Loved her!! Can’t wait to come back!

Everyone is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm never disappointed when I visit. They've made adult stores feel much less awkward for my easily embarrassed self. 10 out of 10 service every time.

The lady at the counter (I didn't get her name) was very nice. However, when I was asked if I wanted my copy of the receipt I said "yes, just in case" and her response was "yeah, I don't think anything purchased had a warranty on it". Apparently that was her way of saying all sales are final. One of the items that I purchased didn't have a price tag on it and to no ones fault but my own, I didn't notice until after the transaction was finalized. Without leaving the store, I was still told all sales are final which is fine. I totally take the blame for that one. What I don't appreciate, is the extra $20 I spent on items that I didn't want but were still added to my bag anyways. According to the lady, there are some things in the store that are able to he returned but there's absolutely no way I could get an exception on the items that were rang up without my permission. She's a hell of a sales lady AND a con artist. If you shop here, I suggest looking through all your items and paying close attention to your total before swiping your card.

Does this place have booths?

Usually when you tell your customer the receipt is in the bag that ends your transaction. You didn't have to address me with your snide comment when I asked for my change. Learn better customer service! Also, the item I wanted to purchase didn't work so I didn't buy it. Went in with a great attitude but left disappointed ☹

Entered the store from the rear door and was yelled at by the clerk. She said that the door was blocked off and I shouldn't have entered through it.
Isn't it against fire regulations to block a door leading to the outside? Even if that door is designed as an emergency exit only, it should never be blocked. This door was blocked with a cone, mops, and a stool.
Pay attention to regulations management.

Came in tonight and there was a girl behind the counter asleep i continued my shopping but it was very awkward with quietness and it took me awhile to wake her up. Then as I was leaving she was on the phone talking to her friend about getting high.. management needs to be aware because there’s not many people who are as honest as I am

I’ll never be back, The only worker was stuffing her face and obviously not trying to educate anyone about anything. This was my first experience and last. Extremely uncomfortable experience inside the shop
