Today I had the pleasure to work with Jazar at the Frisco- location on HWY 380. His customer service was absolutely outstanding, and the accessories I purchased were exactly what I was looking for. He informed me about the bundle deal and I was happy to take full advantage. Jazar also went above and beyond to help me reset me PIN, check the status of another order and lastly he walked me through how to set up my new iPhone 15. I left this store feeling confident about my new purchase. Thank you Jazar for being so welcoming, professional and helpful.

Excellent customer service! Jacob assisted me with getting my new iPhone and he was quick with setting up a quote as well as staying true to it. It only took about an hour to get the new phone set up. I was very happy with my shopping experience here!

I absolutely love this location! From the moment I stepped foot into the building, I was greeted in the most genuine way by Dominique. She took the time to empathize with my situation and explained the steps they would do in store to correct the issue while being friendly and personable. She and Tristan tackled the issue quickly and professionally. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future mobile needs!

I don't write many reviews, but my experience at this Verizon store today deserves it. I usually dread having to come into these places to deal with phone issues or make changes. This morning Lee greeted me by opening the door for me, and took great care of me through the entire experience. I needed a new phone and plan, and she did a great job of explaining my options to me. She wasn't pushy and patiently answered all of my questions to help me find the right phone and plan suited for me. Thanks for making this change an easy one for me, Lee!

Rick was awesome and extremely helpful. He gave us great personal customer service, it has been about 9 years since we've had good customer service at Verizon and that was at a busy Target in the Electronics department. Also all the reps were empathetic and kind to my wife as she had difficulty walking due to a recent illness.

I had a challenging situation with my phones; needed to disconnect a line, bought a couple of new devices and had to move some old phones around to other lines. Needless to say, it caused all kinds of hiccups in my Verizon account. I tried chatting with a three different reps online, even called a couple of times, but the issues were not resolved until I went to the store and spoke with Dennis. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and knew what needed to be done. He understood what I was trying to accomplish. Even though in the end it required a follow up from him, he got it all squared away and got in contact with me the same day. I was blown away by his level of customer service. After multiple attempts to resolve my problems by different reps online and over the phone to no avail, Dennis delivered! So, if you want a one-stop-shop for everything Verizon, go see Dennis. You won’t be disappointed.

Unfortunately we have had to come in a few times for various phone issues and each time we have been greeted and treated as if we were the only customers there, they took their time, really helped guide us and provided preventive ways to combat the issues we faced. Just a specific shout out to Tristan!!!!!!!! He made the experience wonderful, set our minds at ease and provided with proactive approach in case it happened again, also very personable and caring.

Tristan was an amazing resource at this location. Highly recommend working with him. He turned what was an incredibly confusing process with my previous network into a hassle-free transition to Verizon. 11/10 service, expertise, and patience.

Verizon at 380 and 423 is the BEST! I had gone to the one at the Gates of Prosper twice. First time associate didn’t know much. Second time I got the manager who messed up our account in a huge way! 5G unlimited was supposed to be put on my phone and wasn’t. Put 5 G on Gizmo watch which doesn’t have data! Was quoted incorrect prices. Left everything in the bag and went to this store first thing this morning! Night and day difference of customer care! Triston quickly fixed and explained our new plan. Dennis, the manager was more than happy to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. The Verizon at Gate of Prosper refused to do this! He helped my daughter select a phone and when they did t have it in stock, he called another Frisco store and arranged for her to pick it up there. Then we went back to this store and bought the bundle. Blake helped us with this purchase. Hands down a wonderful customer experience and will always use this store!!

Where do I start? This is hands down the BEST Verizon store I have ever been to!!! Tristian started helping us, then Dennis came to assist as well because of issues we had with a previous Verizon store. I can not say enough about these two, they went above and beyond to fix what the other store at the Gates of Prosper messed up AND took their time helping my elderly mother understand and set up her new phone. I am SO thankful this store has opened and will be serving all of our phone needs from now on!!!! THANK YOU!

I went in expecting to replace/upgrade my phone after it accidentally got folded up in the couch and crushed the screen. Was prepared to pay completely out of pocket as damaged phones aren't worth anything and yet, was pleasantly suprised when Dennis suggested an alternative solution. He managed to get my phone repaired the same day (thank goodness for insurance) and helped me understand that with my newly repaired phone, I would qualify for quite a large rebate for an upgrade (which I had planned to do anyway)! I will say that this store is fantastic in terms of accessibility and social distancing during this unusual time (all things considered with an ongoing pandemic and historic freeze event).

Dennis has gone above and beyond to make sure that I and my family are taken care of, and even identified ways to reduce my bill that I hadn't considered. It's his professionalism, great attitude, and technical expertise which will keep me (a 10 yr+ member) coming back to Verizon as he's a shining example of what i expect in terms of fantastic customer service. I couldn't be happier with Dennis and his team at the new 380 location. Keep up the great work!

Great experience. Was able to get in quickly, pick up my new phone, and they were helpful to set everything up. Customer Service was awesome. Didn't have any issues with questions or getting info on products. Definitely a location worth going to every time I need to go in store for something.

If you are in the North Dallas area and a new or current customer of Verizon you need to go to the store off of 380 and 423 past little elm. Went to the Frisco location and The Colony location as a new customer and almost went back to TMobile which was not much better. The 380 location took care of us from the moment we walked in. The store was staffed, clean and well stocked. The manager helped us very quickly and got everything we needed done in about 20 mins. Great job and great service. This will be the only Verizon store we go to. I've given The Colony location too many shots to fix the same issue I got resolved in 20 mins. Go see the manager Dennis.

Update: went back because of 5g issues in The Colony, helped me resolve that issue also.

Tristan is very knowledgeable and a great sales rep. Highly recommend working with him. He is very patient and explained the process real well. Great service, expertise, and patience.

Dennis was amazing, knew exactly what he was doing, was able to fix the mess the other third party store created and we were on our way with a new phone in minutes. He is a true asset to Verizon.

I have never had better service in a phone store than this location. Every time I walk in they know me by name, are super friendly and the manager Dennis English is amazing. Talk about top notch service, he went above and beyond to help me out. I am forever a fan!!! Thank you Dennis for all of your help!

Rease and Triston are superheros! They solved a huge service transfer puzzle for me today. They were very professional, engaging, and personable. Had a great time and my problem was solved. Very satisfied

The lady, Lee, that waited on us was knowledgeable & helpful. We were able to do everything in one visit.

Excellent service by both the manager and our service representative. In and out in under two hours which was a record for my family.
