I have been a customer at this store for years and actuall spent much on shipping - probably thousands. I wanted to tell you how we appreciate Alex - he knows his stuff ! Thanks for hiring him. He is personable but professionable. Recently, i made one visit to the Falston store and my shipment arrived broken. It made me appreciate our local store a lot more. I sure hope you keep Alex here for years! Thanks again for his great service!

I’m at the 924 UPS store 3-5x per week. There’s usually a line to or out the door. Kim is always friendly, pleasant am smiling and takes great care of customers. Alex somehow managed to do 3 things at once.. Andrew is coming on strong! He is the newest team member and I haven’t seen him flinch with the constant pressure of this store yet. When Kathy is there, she’s another friendly smiley face. In all this team does a fantastic job. IMO They could use more help to keep the constant lines down. They process a lot !!!!

My experience with Alex and Cathy was superior. I was in and out in a matter of minutes, had a hiccup and both of them worked together to solve my issue professionally and expeditiously. I received follow up communication from Cathy and am so thankful for her customer service! Highly recommend!!

I visited the store yesterday with an important overnight package. I arrived shortly after 5:30 pm which is the deadline for this item going out. In my discussion with the staff, they quickly processed my package and the driver waited in the store so this item would arrive at its destination on Tuesday. The entire staff could not be more pleasant and helpful and demonstrated wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Was very impressed with this little UPS store. They're quick, courteous, and very efficient with just the three workers that I could see there today. And they were swamped today due to the it being close to the holidays and the closest UPS store in Aberdeen was Temporarily Closed. Seriously they could of used a another hand or two. But they were banging out people left and right out the store. I stood in line for not even 5 minutes, was up at the counter getting my stuff done and out the door in record time. Of course parking is free. No public restrooms. Right off Emmorton Road, up in the plaza. Plenty of shopping can be done all in one area.

just a quick review wanted to advise the community this store is fantastic from being a customer at the store in bel air for 14 years and now utilizing this location in my travels has made it so much easier. They are helpful and kind and always willing to go the extra mile. I am not just a mail and go customer i also do custom printing for a national company and they are always willing to give feedback prior to print project and have also helped out my clients. So whoever has a negative review should try them again sometimes its just your disposition not the stores

my personal experience with this store has been great! Friendly employees!! every once in a while there is a line especially around the holidays but that’s something you would figure with the higher volumes. I have no complaints.

I love UPS and this store!! Everything I give them to ship, be it the next day or standard, it always arrives on time or days early. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. I tried Fedex once when they were closed. Never again!

I ship here often and have always had a good experience! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We like them so much, we also got a personal mailbox here. They do a great job receiving packages as well.

I had outstanding service and the gentleman was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. He took time to explain about why the packaging of my item was so important and that 'he would take care of everything.' I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you, UPS Store!!

The staff is excellent. They have everything a small business needs for daily operations. I have a mailbox here, with an actual address and not a PO box, at a much cheaper rate than a PO box. I get my shipping and printer jobs done here as well.

I find this UPS store to be the best! They are very efficient and get you in and out quickly. It is December 23 and I needed to ship out last minute gifts to family. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Easiest errand I ran today.

I normally don’t post reviews but when I saw all the bad reviews I was hesitant about going to this location. However from the time I called to see if the store offered the service I needed and when I dropped my package off, I received nothing but excellent service. Thank you and look forward to doing more business at this location.

Friendly, speedy customer service. I was in and out within minutes, and everything was double checked by the cashier. Would happily go to this UPS location again in the future.
